Using an existing Debian installation as domU...
I have got a xen aware debian version installed on a logicial partition
on my laptop.
Is it possible to make OpenSolaris dom0 [snv 76] installed in one of
the primary
partitions to boot the debian one as a domU? If so, how should the
config file look
like?
thanks.

MaxSessions option in sshd_config
Hi,
I need information regarding MaxSessions option in sshd_config. As i
understand, it defines the maximum number of channels that can be opened at
any point of time between two hosts that are connected over SSH. The default
value for this option is 10 in openSSH. What all needs to be considered if i
want to increase this value? Are there any security concerns with increase
of this value or does

Here is the example (see attachment).
This example does the following:
1)First, it indexes text from the "text.txt" file (see attachment) (actually, this is the text of the following book: "Abbas, Lichtman. Basic immunology").

OpenSuSE 11.2 bug, dom0-cpus limit causes xenwatch_cb running 100% and xm command freeze and xend dead
Hi all,
I have upgraded a test machine from OpenSuSE 11.1 to 11.2.

BUG: soft lockup - CPU#X stuck for 61s!
- xm commands not work
- xend is dead
if set dom0-cpus to 0 or 8:

what to do about [abrt] full crash report kernel taint?
I have a machine with a recent install of centos
(2.6.32-220.2.1.el6.x86_64 kernel). It crashed 3 times this week, and
sent emails like the one below complaining about kernel taint. I've
gone back to a previous kernel to see if that helps, but otherwise I
don't know how to investigate this. What should I do?
Here's stuff from the log and one of the emails:
