Extract r.squared using cbind in lm
Hello, I am using cbind in a lm-model. For standard lm-models the r.squared can be easily extracted with summary(model)$r.squared, but that is not working in in the case with cbind. Here an example to illustrate the problem: a <- c(1,3,5,2,5,3,1,6,7,2,3,2,6) b <- c(12,15,18,10,18,22,9,7,9,23,12,17,13) c <- c(22,26,32,33,32,28,29,37,34,29,30,32,29) data <- data.frame(a,b,c)

please explain find_with_ferret, retrieve_records, :include and :conditions
Hello, I''m using find_with_ferret to search multiple models and it works great. The trouble is I need to filter the results using :include and :conditions. I get two errors depending on the syntax I use in the search. Reading the source, I see the retrieve_records method seems to filter the :include and :conditions so that they only apply to the relevant model when searching

[RFC] Python 2 / Python 3 status, final step(s)
Hi Folks, Now that LLVM 11.0.0 has been released, it's time to prepare for the final step envisionned in the previous RFC named *[RFC] Python 2 / Python 3 status* [0], ie. requiring Python3.6 for LLVM 12.0.0, to be released in 2021. At least Fedora already only ships Python3 and we didn't have much bugs reported wrt. Python compatibility for the LLVM toolchain. Indeed, all Python scripts

[PATCH nbdkit] python: Drop support for Python 2.
This patch proposes to drop support for Python 2 in nbdkit. Rather than abruptly drop it everywhere, my proposal is that we point people to nbdkit 1.14 (the current stable version) if they want to continue with Python 2 plugins, while gently reminding them of the upcoming Python 2.7 end of life announcement. Libnbd never supported Python 2. Libguestfs in theory supports Python 2 but I dropped

Access other model attributes directly with has_one, belongs_to ?
So, I have 2 models A and B that share 5 common attributes and all other attributes are different. So I wanted to extract these 5 out into one common table and use has_one, belongs_to to knit it back together. So now there are 3 tables with 1 having the shared properties, we''ll call this table C. Table A id dollar_amount Table B id quantity_on_hand Table C id version My question is,

[PATCH 5/7] python: replace guestfs_int_py_fromstringsize in Py2 branches

[hivex] Segfault for an integer value to node_set_value
Hi, When an integer argument is passed as value, node_set_value segfaults. Reproducer is at the end of this message The backtrace points at hivex-py.c, function get_value. While obj is non-NULL, `bytes = PyUnicode_AsUTF8String (obj);` returns NULL. Kind regards, Peter https://lekensteyn.nl #!/usr/bin/env python3 import hivex, sys h = hivex.Hivex(sys.argv[1]) print(h) val = {

[PATCH v2 0/3] v2v: Add -o rhv-upload output mode.
This patch set is still for discussion only. See 3/3 for the current list of problems. However this will upload an image to an oVirt or RHV server, although you must have absolutely the latest snapshot version of 4.2 for it to work. Rich.

[PATCH 0/5] v2v: Add -o rhv-upload output mode.
The first four patches are straightforward. The final patch adds the -o rhv-upload output mode. It is still spooling into a temporary file because I've had some trouble getting streaming conversions working. There are other problems as outlined in the commit message, so this patch is not ready for upstream but is good for discussion. Also I hit this, which I'm assuming for now will be
