[PATCH nbdkit] golang: Pass Plugin and Connection by reference not value.
For the current set of examples this doesn't matter. This also adds
another example where we use the Connection to store data, just to
check that actually works.
Thanks: James @ purpleidea, Dan Berrangé

SSH connection timeout
Hi,
I am trying to connect to libvirt on KVM host from a remote python client,
using the connection string "qemu+ssh://<IP Address>/system"
If I setup password less SSH (Public key) between the machines, I am able
to proceed with the connection. But If I have not setup the public key
authentication, my code hangs trying to connect to libvirt, and there is a
prompt for entering

Python API - setting client certificate path
Hi there,
I'm trying to establish a TLS connection to libvirtd with certificates
verification from a python script. My question is quite simple:
is it possible to set the client certificate/keyfile path from within a
python script? or it has to be in /etc/pki/libvirt/...
Thanks in advance for any help

Xen 3 + Eucalyptus 3.1.2
Does anyone know how to install Xen 3 on Ubuntu.
Today, apt-get install xen 4.1, but I think Eucalyptus 3.1.2 only work with
Xen 3.
Thanks

SEM with dichotomous indicators
Hello,
I'd like to know if there is a way to fit a Structural equation model with
dichotomous indicators (ex: problem with a phone solved/ or not) having
effects on a ordinal variable.
How I do that using R?
Do you have an example with the code in R that you can send to me?
Thanks a lot!

[PATCH nbdkit v2] Add the ability to write plugins in golang.
Thanks: Dan Berrangé
XXX UNFINISHED:
- Is using uintptr for the handle a good idea? Plugins must return
something != 0. In other languages we would allow plugins to
return an arbitrary object here, but this is not possible in golang
because of lack of GC roots.
- Default can_* methods are hard to implement. Ideally we would be
able to test if a user plugin implements a

Configuring Xen + DRBD + Corosync + Pacemaker
Hi everyone,
I need some help to setup my configuration failover system.
My goal is to have a redundance system using Xen + DRBD + Corosync +
Pacemaker
On Xen I will have one virtual machine. When this computer has network
down, I will do a Live migration to the second computer.
The first configuration I will need is a crossover cable, won''t I? It is
really necessary? Ok, I did it. eth0

[PATCH v4 2/7] common: Bundle the libvirt-ocaml library for use by virt-v2v
Add a copy of the libvirt-ocaml library, currently available at:
https://libvirt.org/git/?p=libvirt-ocaml.git;a=summary
This is a snapshot at commit d3ed8dcf1b0a6a8a855ceecbe0bb97f21e6665e3,
which has all the features we need (and that builds fine).
It is expected to stay synchronized with upstream, until there is a new
upstream release, and it will be widespread enough.

wordpess can't connect to DB but mediawiki can
Hey guys,
I'm running both a wordpress site as well as a mediawiki off of the same
web servers. The mediawiki site works great! The wordpress site, meh. Not
so much. I keep getting the common database connection error:
Error establishing a database connection
And as far as I can tell the settings between the mediawiki site and the
wordpress site are nearly identical.

[pvops-dom0]Let PV ops guest could handle Machine Check trap
Hi, Jeremy and all
This small patch lets pv ops guest handle machine check trap. When non
fatal mce error happens, xen will inject vMCE# to the impacted pv ops guest.
This patch allows pv ops guest could receive machine check trap and enter
its own machine check handler.
Thanks & Regards,

re: two dimentional hierarchical clustering algorithm
Dear Dr. Liaw Andy:
I have a few more questions about your heatmap function. actually heatmap is
what I am looking for.
heatmap(x, Rowv, Colv, distfun = dist, hclustfun = hclust, add.expr,
scale=c("row", "column", "none"), na.rm = TRUE, ...)
my data is a XNEW,

[1] 554 335
554 genes, 335 samples.
now I want to use 1-CORR as a distance
