Is not yet available ODBC support for queue_log in asterisk 1.6?
Hi list, I hope someone could help me. I've started using Asterisk 1.6.0.14 to get queue logs in real time with odbc (our databases are all PostgreSQL) but it's not working. However, cdr odbc is working well. When asterisk starts next message appears: WARNING[4217] config.c: Realtime mapping for 'queue_log' found to engine 'odbc', but the engine is not available My

Asterisk 1.8 - ADDMEMBER event in queue_log not using member name
Hi, Watching my queue_log file content, I can read entries like : 1349940957|1349940957.4|6025|Local/6455 at from-queue/n|ADDMEMBER| My extensions.conf file used this statement: exten => *9876,n,AddQueueMember(6025,Local/6455 at from-queue /n,10,,FOOBAR,hint:6455 at ext-local) I was expecting to see: 1349940957|1349940957.4|6025|FOOBAR|ADDMEMBER| Searching the web, I found a reference to

queuemetrics with 1.8 queue_log
Hi Guys! We were using queuemetrics since long time with asterisk 1.2 but recently we have install 1.8 asterisk and but there is a big different in queue_log its saying SIP/XXXX instead of Agent/XXXX that is obvious behaviors. so do i need to change Agent/XXXX to SIP/XXXX in queuemetrics ? or is there any workaround to keep business running same like it was before. -S --------------

Queue_log stats
I'm in search of useful ACD type statistics from the queues. Ie talk time, ratio's, dropped calls etc. The flat file queue_log is nice, but more useful would be the data in Postgres or Mysql. Unfortunately the queue module does not yet support ODBC DB logging (yet). In the meantime this quick and dirty hack gets the job done. Replace the flat file with a unix named pipe.

member (In use)
Hello list. We just upgraded to 1.6.1.11. We are using real time information stored on mysql databases. That is all running fine. Now, since we upgraded, some member don't get calls from queues. In CLI: "queue show" shows something like: 611 (Local/611 at agents) with penalty 20 (realtime) (*In use*) has taken no calls yet We use the extension 611 in different computers, in the

estimated queue hold time
Hello list, I'm looking for a way to have the estimated hold time on a queue prior to joining it. someone suggested to me to Queue() first for 1 sec, read variable QUEUEHOLDTIME, validade it and Queue() again. But as we're using real time configuration that would mean a event ENTERQUEUE and a LEAVEQUEUE too much in MySQL's queue_log any suggestions?? Thanks in advance

Problem with Queue_log and CDR.
Good afternoon list. I am facing a problem with the CDR and Queue_log tables (MySQL). The ABANDON events is being saved correctly in queue_log, but in the table CDR is not saving the registry of such abandoned calls. Apparently the CDR table is functioning normally, I have several records of links in it. From what I noticed, is only the events abandonment that are malfunctioning. With this

queue_log analysis
Hi, I am running a call center based on Asterisk and building some statistics based on the queue_log file. I have some doubts about it that maybe you could help (actually, maybe these doubts are suggestions for enhancements!): 1st Scenario - Agent receives the call, and puts it on parking for somebody else to pick it up. Parking # 7000 (for attender transfer)

queue_log question: which endpoint was connected?
Hello list, as I'm writing a little perl parser for queue_log analysis, I'd like to know *which* telephone answered a specific queue call. Unfortunately app_queue only logs the call id but does not log the call end point. This is okay for SIP endpoints, because their call id is something like SIP/endpointname-1234 so you can reasonably understand who was on answering, but for
