klibc issues on armhf (not Debian/armel)
Hi, we?re currently seeing trouble with klibc on several architectures, cf. http://www.zytor.com/pipermail/klibc/2012-May/003277.html and armhf is being one of them, when using klibc to compile mksh-static with it. I can look into it (asked zumbi for build-deps in a sid chroot on harris already), but not 100% sure I?ll find it, so more eyes on klibc would not be unwelcome ;-) maks, does klibc

[PATCH] support llvm's lld
When using clang+llvm and lld, I get the following error: ld.lld: error: -Ttext-segment is not supported. Use --image-base if you intend to set the base address Let's test whether linker is lld and use --image-base instead of -Ttext-segment. See llvm's rationale for not supporting -Ttext-segment: https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/commit/4dc2fb123dcfe9a97ad6f3a1135053b74efd0bc9 Note

Hi Koan, Have you tried to run Intel and other platform tests? I feel uncomfortable with so many changes in generic MC/ELF regarding specific ARM support... not to mention the magic variables on shifts... ;)

Try make check-all, it runs more tests... Still, I think someone more in line with MC/ELF should have a look at the patch. Rafael?
