Convert variable to STring
Dear all, I have a variable that I would like also to use it as a string. The reasons is that I want to collect results from different function to one table.. So when I use the  colnames(mymatrix) <-c(function1.function2,function3) the function1, function2, function3 to be "converted" to simple strings so as  colnames(mymatrix)

[LLVMdev] Complex regalloc contraints
Hi all, The machine I am targeting has some special requirements for some operations, say: ADD or1, ir1, r5 would add ir1 (input reg 1) and r5 and put the result in or1 (output reg 1). The point id that input and output regs have to go paired (this meaning an addition of ir1 with whatever always goes to or1, or an in general irX + whatever goes to orX). AFAIK, InstrInfo.td only allow

[LLVMdev] Complex regalloc contraints
Hi Carlos, Jakob, The PBQP allocator was designed to support a very wide range of constraints, and can handle something like this easily. Say you have 4 of these orX/irX registers, then for any pair of virtual registers used in such an add instruction you would add the following constraint matrix to the PBQP instance: [ 0 inf inf inf ] [ inf 0 inf inf ] [ inf inf 0 inf ] [ inf inf inf 0

removed data is still there!
I'm confused, hope someone can point out what is not obvious to me. I thought I was creating a new data frame by 'deleting' rows from an existing dataframe - I've tried 2 methods. But this new data frame seems to remember values from its parent - even though there are no occurences. Where does it get the values versicolor and virginica from and give then a count of 0? What

Reading file from remote location or network drive.
Hello, I'm trying to pull data from a network drive on a windows machine. [LLVMdev] loop vectorizer
Hi Frank, > We are looking at a variety of target architectures. Ultimately we aim to run on BG/Q and Intel Xeon Phi (native). However, running on those architectures with the LLVM technology is planned in some future. As a first step we would target vanilla x86 with SSE/AVX 128/256 as a proof-of-concept. Great! It should be easy to support these targets. When you said wide-vectors I assumed

# install, load package install.packages(NeuralNetTools) library(NeuralNetTools) # create model library(neuralnet) AND <- c(rep(0, 7), 1) OR <- c(0, rep(1,

Asterisk DIES with no trace. PLEASE HELP!
Hello my friends We are having seriously problems with our asterisk server, our versions are as follows: WANPIPE Release: 3.4.7 Asterisk 1.4.21.2 Zaptel Version: 1.4.11 libpri version: 1.4.10.2 The symptoms are very weird, the CLI stop working suddenly, a core show channels shows MANY channels FREEZED, the incoming and outgoing calls stop working, the internal calls stop working, in resume we

how to change or copy to another the names of models
Hi I would like to know how I can change the name of a model for each trainning cycle of a model. I work with the RSNNS package and to build a neural network, I used : for (i in 5:30) .... model_ANN <- mlp(X, Y, size=n,....) # where size is the number of neurons in the hidden layer but I need to save each time that the model that is build (the end of each cycle), e.g., when i = 5, I need to

neuralnet problem
Hello List ! I'm a bright new R user, and I encounter a problem when trying to use the neuralnet package. I have a training set with 8 inputs, and there are 3 outputs (I need 3 distinct neurones as output). Although I read the examples, and the package article, I don't know how to tell R there are 3 outputs (3 outputs neurones). Here is my actual code : # All = input data All <-

[LLVMdev] loop vectorizer
The debug messages are misleading. They should read “trying to vectorize a list of …”; The problem is that the SCEV analysis is unable to detect that C[ir0] and C[ir1] are consecutive. Is this loop from an important benchmark ? Thanks, Nadav On Oct 30, 2013, at 11:13 AM, Frank Winter <fwinter at jlab.org> wrote: > The SLP vectorizer apparently did something in the prologue of the
