Change order of columns in table?
I'm an R noob and have a (maybe) stupid question...
I have a table where I have the weekdays and a number for each weekday of
entries:
Thats what the table looks like...
Now I want to have an pie3D plot of this, but obviously the order of the
weekdays are not as one would expect...

pie3D labelpos
Hello,
I'm trying to make a 3D pie chart, but my labels are overlapping. I see
that labelpos could offer a solution to this, but I have been unable to
find any code snippets that indicate what type of value this argument
requires. Any guidance would be appreciated!
thank you,

Pie Chart Labels
I am having trouble finding out how to adjust the position of labels on
pie charts. For the small wedges, many of the labels overlap making it
impossible to read. Is there any way to offset the labels so that they
don't overlap?

combine venn diagram and pie chart
Hi R users,
I am wondering if it there is any R's function helping integrate venn
diagram and pie chart to compare two related datasets.
I know the package limma(bioconductor) has something built-in for making
venn diagram, but I guess it would be very painful to use line and text to
specify the proportions in the fashion of pie chart .
Thanks in advance,
Kevin Chang

Problems making subsets with [] or "subset"
Hi,
I'm trying to make a model in order to know wich factors got?s influence in
the intensity of a infection, but just in the individuals who's got this
infection. In my data I've got a variable called "prevalence" with 2 levels:
1.- Infected individual
0.- Non infected
So what i'm trying to do is a subset in a model like this,

Huge VQ codebooks
Hi,
Does anybody know how codebooks are generated in OggVorbis encoder? We
are porting oggorbis encoder on embedded platform for which VQ codebook
memory is hugeeee to imagine. How can we reduce that? Can we do VQ with
less codebooks and if yes how? If any help available?
