Difficulty Compiling RSQLite on Solaris x86 Using Studio 12 Compilers
Apologies if this is not the best list on which to ask for help. I have compiled R 2.6.0 using Sun Studio 12 compilers. I can install most CRAN and bioconductor packages that I need, with the exception of RSQLite. Unfortunately this is critical for other packages that I need. Installing Rmpi on 64-bit Linux Athlon
