make_dev_physpath_alias
Hello all.
I have a supermicro 16 bay box with a LSI 9211-8i card.
We use it for temp data storage, and we wanted to try the l4z compression.
After updating the source tree to r247839: and doing a make buildworld
cycle all works fine.
But at boot time we get some warnings.
make_dev_physpath_alias: WARNING - Unable to alias

libvirt on OpenStack
Hi,
I am running OpenStack Cluster and use libvirt + cgroup to limit vm’s performance
https://wiki.openstack.org/InstanceResourceQuota
What I am confusing is..
1. After running a vm instance with some croup limit applied, I can’t find any related cgroup settings.
2. Can I change limit value after instance is running? like change disk_read_iops_sec from 10 to 20.
One of the xml file like below.

How-To construct a cov list to use a covariance matrix in factanal?
Hi,
I have a set of covariance matrices but not the original data. I want to carry out some exploratory factor analysis. So, I am trying to construct a covariance matrix list as the input for factanal. I can construct a list which includes the cov, the centers, and the n.obs. But it doesn't work. I get an error that says "Error in sqrt(diag(cv)) : Non-numeric argument to mathematical

[PATCH libldm v4 0/3] Make libldm to parse and return volume GUID.
v2: wrap commit message, "PATCH libldm" prefix.
v3: correctly initialize and free GLib resources.
v4: gtk-doc is updated to reflect presence of new volume GUID field.
The result of this patch might be used by libguestfs to return drive
mappings for LDM volumes.
Note, that "show volume" ldmtool command already returns hint which
is a drive letter assigned by Windows to

[PATCH libldm 00/12] New API: an ability to retrieve created device-mapper devices back after they have been created.
The main goal of these patch series is to implement a new API that allows to retrieve created device-mapper devices for volumes and partitions back after they have been created.
As part of this patch:
- required libdevmapper version was bumped to 1.02. I think it is safe because it was released more then 10 years ago;
- newer version of libdevmapper allowed to simplify code base a little bit;

Samba and ufw (mmcg29440@frontier.com)
Rowland,
Thank you for all your help, I agree that this is not a Samba issue.
Given rhat it works without the firewall. It' either a ufw or Windows
8.1 issue.
Louis,
Applied the rules you suggested to ufw exactly as written. No change.
Still cannot connect with firewall enabled. Same error mesage as before
"Cannot mount location ...". ufw log set to medium and copied below.
