Dear all, I have a data set which is 100 \times 100 matrix. I made a heatmap of the data. The xlim and ylim are both shown to be c(0,1). I want to make both the xlim and ylim to be c(0,100). Dear all, For two sets of random variables, say, x <- rnorm(1000, 10, 10) and y <- rnorm(1000. 3, 20). Is there any way to overlay the histograms (and density curves) of x and y on the plot of y vs. x? The histogram of x is on the x axis and that of y is on the y axis. Dear R-gurus, I would like to zoom in a plot, e.g. I select a region on the x-axis and then I would like the ranges on the y-axis to change accordingly. Is it possible to do this with existing functions, or do I have to invent some data selection before plotting?
