I have a dataframe in the general format: chr1 0.5 chr1 0 chr1 0.75 chr2 0 chr2 0 chr3 1 chr3 1 chr3 0.5 chr7 0.75 chr9 1 chr9 1 chr22 0.5 chr22 0.5 where the first column is the chromosome location and the second column is some value. Bin by bin histogram comparisons
Hello, I have created two histograms with: hist2d(gps2, nbins=200, col = c("white",heat.colors(16))) Both of them have the same range and the same number of bins. Now I would like to compare them bin by bin and plot the results. Could someone please tell me how to do that. I searched the man pages and the web, but couldn't find anything. Thank you very much. Hi list, After a lot of tweaking i have managed to create a histogram with an overlaying density plot. The histogram shows a sample of birth weights of babies and the density plot shows birth weights from a much larger reference populaton.
