[PATCH] fix ipv4 static/dhcp/disabled networking changes
This fixes networking changes when switching from dhcp/static to disabled. Before the ifcfg scripts would contain old values from the previous configuration. Support for disabled devices is now added and some useless remnant bash->python coding cleaned up

virt-builder & virt-sysprep: Avoiding SELinux relabelling
A common problem that people have with virt-builder and virt-sysprep
is which guests that use SELinux, like Fedora and RHEL. In both cases
we touch /.autorelabel in the guest, which means the guest has to
reboot once during its first boot.
Recap: SELinux file labels
--------------------------
SELinux requires that files have labels. Access to a file is
controlled by the label on that file.

[PATCH] lib: Use a common function to validate strings.
As discussed in the thread on validating $TERM, it would be good to
have a common function to do this. This is such a function.
The main advantage is it includes unit tests which the previous
functions did not.
Rich.

patching postfix with VDA
hi guys can anyone give me info how to patch postfix with VDA? im
using centos 4 with postfix-2.1.5-4.2.
I downloaded the postfix-2.1.5-4.2.RHEL4.src.rpm to recompile it with
VDA. i also downloaded the patch for postfix to support VDA. i added a
line in postfix.spec Patch8: postfix-2.1.5-trash.patch for the VDA.
but when i compiled it it seems that it doesn't compile with the given
patch

Bug#255560: logcheck-database: More Postfix rules
Package: logcheck-database
Version: 1.2.22a
Severity: normal
Thanks to the upgrade to Postfix 2.1 and deploying a newer logcheck
ruleset on a busier server I've found a bunch more rules for Postfix.
I've attached new rules files and patches are inline.
The following patch is for violations.ignore.d:

[PATCH] Use Unicode single quotes ‘’ in place of short single quoted strings throughout.
Only in end-user messages and documentation. This change was done
mostly mechanically using the Perl script attached below.
I also changed don't -> don’t etc and made some other simple fixes.
