similar to: oVirt Appliance / Single Machine Install

Main reason for refactor is no ovirt-node-image binary image allowed in fedora. Removed ks files, now in ovirt-node-recipe, which is subpackage of ovirt-node. Removed tools, these are now in ovirt-node-recipe which is subpackage of ovirt-node.

Main reason for refactor is no ovirt-node-image binary image allowed in fedora. Moves tools and kickstart files form ovirt-node-image to subpackage ovirt-node-recipe. Removes old sub packages form ovirt-node, stateless, logos, selinux. Modifies init scripts to meet Fedora packaging guidelines: added status, reload, and lockfile, rhbz: 514221 Added License file.

This supercedes the previous patch by incorporating feedback from pmyers and apevec. The ISO building target is in the recipes Makefile rather than a separate one.

This one incorporates feedback from mburns to default certain values.

Since create-ovirt-network script has been deprecated (was part of ovirt-appliance repo) we can't default to bridge on the host of ovirtbr0 for doing fake node testing. Is there an implmentation of Virtio Balloon driver, that I can use for my purpose? Added a new subdirectory called "isobuilder" to the project. Created a new Makefile that only allows for creating the livecd version of the oVirt node. I have a Debian 8 64-bit machine set up as a server and apt-got the tinc package. I configured tinc as a bridge and everything seems normal except that the tunnel does not forward multicast traffic. I used tcpdump to examine the br0, eth0 and tap interfaces. I could see multicast packets on both br0 and eth0, but there is no such packet present on the tap interface. I don't quite know why
