This patch obsoletes the previously submitted patch. It adds a warning message to the user when they select to change the NTP settings.

If the address is not blank then it is validated. Only those that are properly formed are accepted. Otherwise an error message is displayed and the user is prompted again. This patch includes a fix to no longer list devices with 0 bytes of storage, such as removeable media devices with no media present.

When the o-c-password script starts, it checks to see if there's a Config logical volume.
