[libguestfs PATCH] lib: remove guestfs_int_cmd_clear_close_files()
The last (only?) caller of guestfs_int_cmd_clear_close_files() disappeared in commit e4c396888056 ("lib/info: Remove /dev/fd hacking and pass a true filename to qemu-img info.", 2018-01-23), part of v1.37.36. Simplify the code by removing guestfs_int_cmd_clear_close_files(). Signed-off-by: Laszlo Ersek <lersek at redhat.com> --- lib/guestfs-internal.h | 1 - lib/command.c

interrupting R from a GUI
list(...), I am looking for a way to interrupt R from a callback: specifically, to interrupt plotting (typically on a cairoDevice, but would be good if it worked with other devices too). Of course, one can interrupt R nicely from the console with Ctrl-C (or Esc in Rgui), but I need to do it from a GUI. Callbacks run in a new thread, so obviously stop() etc will not work. I tried to look into how

xyplot() does not plot legends with "relation=free" scales
Hi all, I have this problem with lattice that xyplot() won't draw some of my axis labels if the type (i.e. the relation argument) of scales is set as free. For example, in the plot below, I would want it to also show: 1. the labels E1,...E6 below the 10th panel (i.e. 3rd row, 2 col)....just as it is now done below the 12th panel.... 2. as well as the labels (2,4,6,8) on the top of panels 1

problem with setGroupGeneric from package methods
Hi, There seems to be a problem with setGroupGeneric() from package 'methods'. The symptoms are somewhat erratic, in the sense that small changes may lead to any of the following behaviours. 1.Package works without problems on Windows and installs on Linux but gives error when loaded with library(). 2.Package installs on both systems and gives error when loaded on any of them. 3.

Sticky results
Hi there, I have a xapian index whose results are being sorted by a value, with (PHP bindings): $enquire->set_sort_by_value($sort_data_value); This is because I want the results returned in chronological order of publication date. However, I now have a need to have certain results be 'sticky' at the top of the resultset, regardless of their publication date. Obviously there are

Perl version of sortable_serialize missing?
I attempted to use the sortable_serialize function from perl, however doesn't seem to exist. The only occurrence of the string "sortable" in the /usr/local/perl/5.10.1/Search/ tree is in the pod in Xapian.pm. What am I doing wrong? use Search::Xapian; ... $doc->add_value(4,sortable_serialize($recdate)); Undefined subroutine &main::sortable_serialize called
