[PATCH 7/8] netback: split event channels support
Netback and netfront only use one event channel to do tx / rx notification. This may cause unnecessary wake-up of process routines. This patch adds a new feature called feautre-split-event-channel to netback, enabling it to handle Tx and Rx event separately. Netback will use tx_irq to notify guest for tx completion, rx_irq for rx notification. If frontend doesn''t support this feature,

Direct sum of matrices
Hi R users: How can I built a direct sum function of matrices in R? I mean A(mxn), B(pxq), C(rxs),... X<-ds(A,B,C,...) X = [ A, 0, 0 0, B, 0 0, 0, C] ((m+p+r+...) x (n+q+s+...)) Thank you for your help. Kenneth -- Using Opera's revolutionary e-mail client: http://www.opera.com/m2/

Permission denied after successful mount of Windows share
I have noticed the same thing. RedHat's smbmount can mount a read/write a share just fine. But the smbmount in SuSE 10 can not. I get "Permission denied" when I try to look at the mount using 'df.' # smbmount Usage: mount.smbfs service mountpoint [-o options,...] Version 3.0.20-4-SUSE ... # smbmount //appsrv/rxs /mnt/rxs -o

Using package "exams" and xtable
Hello, I am trying to use the package "exams" to construct problem sets. I have constructed an exercise which generates a list of integers and asks the student to compute the median. rx is the vector of n numbers >str(rx) num [1:16] 21 9 8 18 4 12 17 2 9 7 ... I want to print out the entire vector as part of the problem. When I use \Sexpr(rx) only the first value (in this case

Extended Mantel-Haenszel Tests
Has anyone written R code for extended Mantel-Haenszel Tests- as described in Section 8.4.5 (eq. 8.18) of Agresti's book "Categorical Data Analysis"? In other words, I would like to use column scores to test for a location shift for different groups as defined by the row variable in a set of rxs tables. In addition, I would like to use row and column scores to test for a linear

[PATCH net-next V2 2/2] xen-netfront: split event channels support for Xen frontend driver
This patch adds a new feature called feature-split-event-channels for netfront, enabling it to handle TX and RX events separately. If netback does not support this feature, it falls back to use single event channel. [LLVMdev] convert LLVM IR to another IR without SSA
Hi, Diego, Thanks for your quick reply. Inserting a copy instruction may not work here because I have a limitation of virtual register number. I need to assign registers with ssa form to registers without ssa form. I will look the source code you point out. loop unrolling introduces conditional branch
There's been some recent noise on the mailing list about requiring -fno-rtti; http://lists.llvm.org/pipermail/llvm-dev/2015-August/089010.html Could that be it? TableGen register class
Hi, Assume I define registers R0...R15 and two register classes RegA and RegB. RegA contains R0 to R7 while RegB contains R0 to R15. Then I check the machine instruction, it seems that in some cases, the %vreg0 belongs to RegB; in other cases %vreg1 belongs to RegA_RegB. Can you tell me how TableGen decides which is which? At first, I guess &verg0 will be assigned by R8 to R15 only so that

attribute of intrinsic function
Thanks for your reply, Philip. You are right, when I use LLVM-3.8, the 'argmemonly' shows up. Previously, I use LLVM-3.7. I think idempotent is what I want. Can you tell me how to add idempotent attribute to the function? Thanks.
