review/summary of front-end software for R?)
I have installed rJava from the Windows binary supplied. I compile and
run the example supplied (rtest.java) and get the results below. I do
not think the notes about a deprecated API are a problem. But

I have just de-installed my old R 2.4.1 and installed R 2.7.0. I

When trying to paste any of my old analyses into the console (I keep

LibVorbis licensing inquiry
If you want a definitive answer, you'll have to ask a lawyer (sadly).
My layman's understanding is that the license means that anyone who
distributes any part of libogg or libvorbis must include the copyright
notices and license text when they do so. That's all. It doesn't matter
who is doing the distributing, you or your users or anyone else, they
all have to follow that one

Pausing script to allow user input from keyboard.
Hi all,
I have written a simple R script to help me analyze a large data set.
I would like to have the script pause to allow the user to input a
character string that is subsequently used as a filename when saving
tables. I have tried to use the "readline" command - this seems to
work fine when entering commands one by one, but when I copy and paste
the entire script into R,

QOS inquiry:WFQ?HTB?DRR?
Hi,
I used HTB3.6 on Linux to control traffic. It seems that HTB uses DRR(Dificit Round-Robin) algorithm.I heard that it is difficult for DRR to get a delay bounded and WFQ is better than DRR.Is that right? So,how to implement WFQ in Linux?
Thanks a lot!
