has anybody gotten horde working?
Hi, Horde seems to be quite the problem child. It sorta kinda looks like session handling is entirely broken. kronolith will let me in, but not for long. Then I get "invalid token" and am bounced back to the home screen. imp won't let me in at all. This behavior is completely broken: I get a log in screen and a message in /var/log/messages about not being authorized for IMP (which

anyone running with Horde mail?
Hey again folks ;-) Seems my auth is working afterall when I telnet to the IMAP port. But darned if I can get it working with Horde web mail. Is anyone out there doing this just first of all to confirm to me that the combination works OK. I don't care so much about shadow auth since apparantly my pam auth is working just fine. thanks, -Alan -- "True Budo is done for the sake of

horde updates and config files
Horde RPMs got updated last night. However, the way configuration files were handled wasn't probably the best. It moved my configuration files to rpmsave, instead of leaving them as-is and putting new configs into rpmnew (like most packages do). warning: /usr/share/horde/config/conf.php saved as /usr/share/horde/config/conf.php.rpmsave warning:

Change in smbclient between 3.0.24 and 3.0.25c breaks third party app
Hello list, A change in smbclient between 3.0.24 and 3.0.25c breaks [1] the gollem filemanager [2] and maybe others. In particular folder creation is broken unless the folder is a top level folder on the share. To create a subfolder "level2" in the folder /level1 of a share gollem executes this command: /usr/bin/smbclient "//1.2.3.4/sharename" "-p139"

Horde domxml dependency problem
It appears that Horde requires the "domxml" PHP extension, which is apparently not a part of the standard CentOS 4.x PHP 4.x distribution. In fact, "domxml" is no longer available from the sourceforge web site as they prefer the use of the dom libraries in PHP5 instead. http://pecl.php.net/package/domxml Given these facts, how has anyone gotten this working? I would love to

Horde framework from CentOS Extras
Hi! Anyone of you running the Horde framework applications from CentOS Extras RPM install? Since yesterday's security update I can no longer safe the application's configuration from withing the browser administration. For each required setting with a dropdown menu the dialog claims that I missed to make a selection, while of course I did. Just to note: yes, the filesystem permissions for
