Perl error - Can't locate R/Rdconv.pm in @INC
Dear list, I've a package, myPkg, which was developed on R v 2.6.1. I have installed R v2.9.2 from source, with a shared library and tcktk support. The package, myPkg, depends on RSPerl, and imports it in its NAMESPACE. I've downloaded and installed RSPerl using command: >R CMD INSTALL -c --configure-args="--with-modules='IO \ Fcntl Socket Storable XML::Parser::Expat

Installation 2.7.1 [requires Perl >= 5.8.0]
Hi there, I am currently working in a research institute and I have only a reduced account. My aim is to install the New version of R under my own directory to prove the advantages of this version to my IT service to lead them to install it on the full server. So I download the last .tar.gz file I used "gunzip" and "tar -xf" without any problems (hopefully!) But when I

[2.6] Perl weirdness with ext3 and HTREE
Hi I have mailed about this previously, but back then it was not really confirmed, so I have let it be at that. Anyhow, problem is that for some reason 2.5/2.6 ext3 with HTREE support do not like what perl-5.8.0 does during installation. It *seems* like one of the temporary files created during manpage installation do not get unlinked properly, or gets into the hash (this possible?) and cause

R-beta: cannot make R
Can anyone help? I am trying to install R-0.62.2 on a Sun with OS 5.6 (Solaris 2.6), and gcc/f77. Unfortunatley the simple commands ./configure --prefix=/opt/R make did not work, complaining when building help/docs. It claims to have problems perl (which has worked fine so far) but in practice it is not only a documentation problem: if I force "make install" and run R, then it

mod_perl and httpd2
I've got httpd and mod_perl installed, but I seem to have an application that requires part of mod_perl that doesn't seem to be properly installed into perl, notably, the 'Apache' portion. To 'fix' this, cpan would like to install either mod_perl-1.29, or alternatively to install mod_perl-2.0.2. 1.29 doesn't seem smart, and 2.0.2 absolutely will not install over the

perl on CentOS 4.4 : PERLIO=perlio vs stdio, readline error handling
I sometimes use an example from readline entry in perlfunc(1). This used to work for me, but know (after I upgraded to CentOS) works only if PERLIO=stdio is defined in environment. See the following: [xx at xx testreadline]$ cat testreadline.pl #!/usr/bin/perl use warnings; use strict; for my $fn (@ARGV) { local (*F); open F, "< $fn" or die "open err for fn=$fn: $!";

AddressSanitizer on SPECCPU2006
Hi I am using SanitizerCoverage feature supported by clang to get the basicblock coverage. my tested binaries are spec cpu2006. I compiled the binary with the option COPTIMIZE = -O0 -fsanitize=address -fsanitize-coverage=bb -flto -fno-strict-aliasing -std=gnu89 -gdwarf-3 After the compiling process is end. I run the 400.perlbench. with the command ASAN_OPTIONS=coverage=1 ./perlbench.

AddressSanitizer on SPECCPU2006
Hi Alex Thanks for your email. But it seems not work. I removed the -fsanitize=address flag. The global buffer overflow message doesn't show. However, no *.sancov file is created after I run perlbench. Thus, I could not get the BB coverage. Do you have any ideas? Many Thanks Regards Muhui Alexander Potapenko <glider at google.com> 于2018年9月5日周三 下午7:14写道: > Hi Muhui, > > If
