ordered factors in tree package - bug?
I am new to R, and didn't know which list to send this to, since it is a
bug report about a package, not about core R...
I have created a regression tree using 4 predictors: 3 are unordered
(binary) predictors, and the last is a date (integer), which I declare
to be an ordered factor. However, the tree treats the date as if it were
un-ordered, splitting into non-consecutive subsets.

question about contrast in R for multi-factor linear regression models?
Hi all,
I am using "lm" to fit some anova factor models with interactions.
The default setting for my unordered factors is "treatment". I
understand the resultant "lm" coefficients for one factors, but when
it comes to the interaction term, I got confused.

R Error/Warning Messages with library(MASS) using glm.
Hi there,
I have been having trouble running negative binomial regression (glm.nb)
using library MASS in R v2.15.0 on Mac OSX.
I am running multiple models on the variables influencing the group size of
damselfish in coral reefs (count data). For total group size and two of my
species, glm.nb is working great to deal with overdispersion in my count
data. For two of my species, I am getting a

plotting lines when data has missing/NA values
Howdy,
I have done many searches and can't seem to find a way around this.
I am reading in a .csv file where each row is a dataset and each
column represents a position. The values are sparse (there are 2003
positions but usually only 100-200 values) and the idea is to be able
to plot each dataset (row) and overlay them in different combinations.
What I would like to do is have a plot

APC BZ1200-BR
Dear friends,
I installed NUT and followed all suggested procedures to
verify if my ups is supported.
No driver recognized my ups, and the genericups tests
get wrong.
Here I send some informations about it:
The ups model is APC BZ1200-BR
I use Ubuntu, and the lsusb results
Bus 003 Device 003: ID 0403:6001 Future Technology Devices
International, Ltd FT232 USB-Serial (UART) IC
for ups.
