Dragging images across the canvas
Hi wxRuby Gurus, I''m trying to write a sample program which allows me to drag an image (by left_mouse_button down) across the canvas. I got it to work ... well, sort of. The problem is I can drag it only by clicking on the left top corner of the image and nowhere else. Besides, the dragging is not very smooth. How can I make it better? I am using wxRuby 0.6.0 on Win XP (Home) and

additions to wxKeyEvent
Added the public variables like m_KeyCode and m_controlDown, these are needed it you want to create your own EVT_CHAR message to send a widget. I am including the whole .h file instead of a diff since it is small. Cluster package broken in 1.4.0?
Greetings, I am reasonably experienced with R but I recently tried to do some clustering using the "cluster" package, in order to see if it would help. I only tried this once with the 1.3.1 version and it worked (I don't quite remember which method I used). Now, I tried with the 1.4.0 version and no clustering function seems to work with matrices that contain NAs, even though

Incorrect code generation when using -fprofile-generate on code which contains exception handling (Windows target)
I think this is the same underlying issue as https://bugs.llvm.org/show_bug.cgi?id=40320. CCing Reid, who's had a bunch of thoughts on this in the past. Incorrect code generation when using -fprofile-generate on code which contains exception handling (Windows target)
I think the simplest, most complete, short term fix, would be to call llvm::colorEHFunclets, and to have the relevant instrumentation passes apply the appropriate funclet bundle when inserting function calls. It's not elegant because it means every simple instrumentation pass that inserts regular function calls (ASan, TSan, MSan, instrprof, etc) needs to be funclet-aware. But, it will work,

S4 'properties' - creating 'slot' functions?
Dear R users! Several languages like C# or VB allow one to create properties; typically these are under 'get', 'set' tags. My question is this really, what are similar or comparable strategies in R, and what might be preferred? I have a couple of situations where I want a certain computation to belong to a class, but I do not really want to seperate it out to a stand-alone

ruby bindings odds and ends
In the Ruby bindings, set_X and get_X are renamed to remove the get/set, so MSet::get_matches_estimated() becomes a read-only property (if I have my terminology right) of the Ruby MSet class called matches_estimated. This matches how a Ruby programmer would expect a class to be designed. I was looking through the getters and setters list. I wonder if a few entries shouldn't be there, (the

Release of libvirt-0.9.2
As planned the new release is available at: ftp://libvirt.org/libvirt/ It is a rather large release with near 400 commits included. From an user point of view the main improvement is likely to be when using migration as various work has been done to extend the protocol and to avoid having the migration command stop other concurrent operations (like virsh list). See below for a number of
