similar to: Fwd: Re: kmod-nvidia?

I just went to install kmod-nvidia on a 64-bit CentOS 6.2 system... and enabling elrepo, yum can't find it. There's a page for it, but that was last updated last year, and there are also references to packages for older Nvidia cards, but not the current. What do I not know? mark

I uninstall kmod- dvidia with the hopes that a fresh install would fix the provlem, but it did not. nvidia-detect returns : kmod-nvidia An Intel display controller was also detected I was hoping that this was a repository problem

Hi everyone, On CentOS 7 I'm running into an issue with the latest nvidia driver from elrepo: kmod-nvidia-384.98-1.el7_4.elrepo.x86_64 This driver version seem to introduce issue in detecting video modes when a monitor is connected using DVI.
