Cyberpower Value1200E might not need 0.667 battery scaling
I just got a Cyberpower SOHO Value 1200 ELCD UPS and even with nut
2.7.2, it appears to report battery voltage too low due to the battery
scaling function (In drivers/cps-hid.c). Even though the ups has usb
id: 0764:0501, UPS.PowerSummary.Voltage reports 26.6 for the 24V
batteries so when the 0.667 battery scale is applied that goes down to
17.7V.
upsc output:
battery.charge: 100

FSP EP 850 doesn't work
Hi all,
I've bought UPS FSP EP 850 because I have similar UPS, FSP EP 1000. It
is working on my other server with with Fedora 14, kernel
2.6.35.14-106.fc14.x86_64 and installed nut-2.6.2-1. My new UPS is
detected by kernel (see below lsusb output) and is partially detected by
blazer_usb driver also. But it doesn't communicate with driver (see
below blazer_usb output). I run all

NUT usbhid -- trying to write USB (sub)drivers
Hi Rok,
I retired from working on NUT a few months ago, so I don't have the
most up-to-date info. But the guys on the nut-upsdev mailing list
(cc'd above) are very helpful.
Both of your devices (or nearly identical ones) have been seen on the
mailing lists before. The Sweex was first mentioned in a message by
Eli Wapniarski on 14 Jun 2006 on nut-upsuser, and was most recently

Fry's Electronics UPS...
Hello,
I am trying to get a "no-brand" (LMS DATA, model no LMSP1200RI) UPS to work with NUT.
I now realise I should have checked compatibility with NUT before purchase. My other UPS (APC) works perfectly.....
Anyway, I have spent a good day trying to get this thing working.

NUT on Raspberry PI 3b+
I was able to make NUT and my Powercom SPIDER UPS (USB port) work under
the Raspberry Pi Desktop (Debian). Everything works in VMware
Workstation 15 Player. But my Raspberry Pi 3b + (with raspbian) doesn’t
work with the same UPS, and with same NUT configuration. Raspberry sees
the UPS, but the driver does not cling.
Here is the response of Raspberry 3b + to some commands.

usbhid-ups not loading with Arduino Leonardo on Ubuntu 23.10
Apologies for the long post. I'm trying to include what I hope are the
relevant bits (output of lsusb -v and usbhid-ups)
Long term goal: I've got a DIY UPS that I would like to get working with my
QNAP NAS (which uses Linux and NUT underneath the hood)
Immediate short-term problem:
I can't get past running usbhid-ups on Ubuntu 23.10 with an Arduino
Leonardo.

Driver does not detect megatec_usb UPS
Hello all:
I have a Yukai PowerMust 1000 USB and it used to work on another computer
using megatec_usb driver.
Now, I have it in a new computer, but the driver does not detect it.
It is there:

what I tried, I get an error which you can also is included in the below

Just a lucky guess :-) We tend not to know about changes like this until someone reports an issue.

upsonic IRT1000 on ubuntu 14.04lts
Can someone give me a push in the right direction with this? I'm trying to get an upsonic IRT1000 to work on ubuntu 14.04lts using the usb connection. The most likely drivers (blazer_usb and usbhid-ups) don't seem to recognize it or I've got the configuration parameters wrong. I've got no idea what driver it actually wants though there's an old thread that seems to have got
