High availability for guests
Hello, What is the recommended way to offer high availability to Guests? For example, let host1, host2 and host3 be libvirt and KVM/Qemu enabled. If I start a guest in host1, how can I guarantee that it will stay online if host1 goes down? GlusterFS, for example, would take care of storage; but what about CPU and RAM? How can this be accomplished? Thank you for any feedback or comment in

How to pass info to a guest?
Hello, I would love to be able to pass information to a Guest. For example: - I'd love to sync the root password with the VNC/Spice one - I'd like to be able to inject stuff to /root/.ssh/authorized_keys All of these at boot time. How would I do it? I'd make these files/strings available in the BIOS or something; maybe some kind of storage local to the host and guest as well. Then,

Traffic mirroring
Hello, We're interested in mirroring traffic from a host's guests to another host's guest. We've been able to achieve that on the same host; redirecting traffic from the host's bridge interface (VLAN) to one of the guest's in the same host by using the tc command. But, when it comes to traffic from one host to the other, we haven't been able to pull it through.

Hi, how are mails forwarded, if I do have the same alias pointing to two different users like this (two entries, two lines): bon.aqua: coke bon.aqua: pepsi Will coke and pepsi get the mail adressed to bon.aqua or will only the first entry get the mail? The treatment differences are assessed with a mixed model and adjusted by two methods for multiple tests: # 1. Method: Adjustment with library(multcomp)

UDP for data?
Hi, I'm very interested in making SSH use UDP for large data chunks. Maybe you know FASP (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fast_and_Secure_Protocol), but that is proprietary, although the website says it's based upon open source methods. Is it possible to make openssh work with UDP for this purpose? Thanks in advance, Stef Bon

Get remote address when using direct-streamlocal@openssh.com.
I've a server where clients can connect to using direct-streamlocal at openssh.com. I want that the server "knows" the address of the client. I've tried using the peercredentials of the process connecting my server (which is a sshd process) and check the environment. I thought that in the environment the var SSH_CLIENT would be set, but that did not work. This sshd process has
