Unauthorized ADD_SUBNET, but known subnet
Hi all, I'm using a tinc 1.0.19 (from Debian Squeeze) setup with some nodes connecting to a "server" node which has "StrictSubnets = yes". Whenever a new node is added to the mesh, a process generates and drops its host file in the server's host directory before the node is booted and tries to connect. For instance, I create a node "node_2" and a host file

any 64-bit mini-itx successes
Is there anyone who has successfully put together a "high-powered" mini-itx ZFS box that would be willing to post their system specs? I''m eyeballing the KI690-AM2... http://www.albatron.com.tw/english/product/mb/pro_detail.asp?rlink=Overview&no=239 ...but am having a difficult time locating it and a suitable case currently. I was in negotiations with a hardware source,

I've started thinking about speex and speex stream. I wonder to know if speex can do this: ? Let assume we already have PCM stream encoded with speex (e.g. saved in a file or memowy): ? frame1 | frame 2 | frame 3 |

Virtual extension as local modem
Hi, There is any possibility to define a virtual extension on the asterisk box to act as a local modem? This is the scenario I think of: - call Asterisk from PSTN throug the X100P card. - answer the call and prompt the user with a menu. - dial a special extension (long number) where you get a data modem type answer and connect. I want to enable a RAS server on te same box, using a single PSTN

nil.- what the heck...
Okay first off here''s the error: You have a nil object when you didn''t expect it! You might have expected an instance of Array. The error occured while evaluating nil.- Here''s the code in the model: def highest_bid @bid = nil @oldbid = 0 self.bids.each do |bid| if @bid == nil @bid = bid.max else if bid.max > @bid @oldbid,@bid =

qqnorm in R-0.63.3
Dear List, invoking qqnorm-plots in Version 63.3 produces funny things: using the option `type="s"ยด on qqnorm should give a nice *line* of observed quantiles. Now, the line is walking along in order to the points index instead from lowest to highest, wich makes funny slopes. try x <- table(rnorm(1000) # or similar and qqnorm(x,type="s") # in 0.63.2 and 63.3 Well, the

Mouse cursor problems in Windows DomU after installing ATI-driver fglrx to X11
Hallo, I run Xen 3.0.4.1 on Ubuntu 6.06 with Gnome desktop. I can start Windows as DomU without problems, everything works fine (w2k server32 bit or w2k3 server 64 bit). Because I use the notebook HP nx9420 which has a wide screen, I installed into X11 the driver fglrx which supports the given resolution mode 1680x1050. Now, with the new driver The Gnome

RFC: Add atomic versions of the llvm.memcpy, llvm.memmove and llvm.memset intrinsics
Hi, LLVM's memory intrinsics are quite useful for performing various optimizations with frequently used memory operations. Unfortunately this intrinsics are not applicable for languages with guaranteed atomicity for their memory accesses (like Java for example). In order to overcome this limitation I'm thinking about adding set of intrinsics which will execute as a series of unordered

a generic 'attach'?
Is there any reason why 'attach' is not generic in R? I notice that it is in another system, for example, and I can see some applications if it were so in R. Bill Venables. Bill Venables, CMIS, CSIRO Laboratories, PO Box 120, Cleveland, Qld. 4163 AUSTRALIA

gplot problems with faceting
Dear R-Listers, I am very confused with what seems to be a misuse of the faceting options with gplot function and I hope you might help me on this. z contains various simulation results from simulations with different set of parameters. winbind: wbinfo -g sees "domain users", getent group does not
I have configured winbind on a Linux file server, connecting to a Samba PDC. When I run wbinfo -g, I can see the group "domain users". On the other hand, when I run getent group, I do not see this group. Apart from a few other groups, all groups are visibile in both wbinfo -g and getent group. When running for the first time wbinfo -u, getent passwd and wbinfo -g, I got the results
