Tinc routes ?
Hi,
this is not a problem, but more explaination. I have four networks
connected via tinc - A, B, C and D. B, C and D connect to A. What is odd
to me is that B and C communicate directly (without going to A); while
all communication to D network goes via A. When I turned more verbose
logging on tinc, I show a line like this: "adding route to VPN_NAME vi
MASTER_VPN_NAME". Why does it

Updating to Tinc 1.0.14 on Gentoo Linux
Hello,
I'm upgrading to 1.0.14
I did some manual tricks in my Gentoo Portage because seems that
upstream Gentoo did not update the portage yet, does anybody know how
to Contact Gentoo Linux to have the package updated ?
Question 1:
I notice in my log file I had many entries like this with 1.0.13:
1307284053 tinc.ninux[15152]: Lost 251 packets from GREG1
(151.28.100.141 port 655)

using both ConnectTo and AutoConnect to avoid network partitions
Hi Guus
Following your suggestion we reconfigured our tinc network as follows.
Here is a new graph and below is our updated configuration:
http://imgur.com/a/n6ksh
- 2 Tinc nodes (yellow labels) have a public external IP and port 655 open.
They both have ConnectTo's to each other and AutoConnect = yes
- The remainder tinc nodes (blue labels) have their tinc.conf set up as

using both ConnectTo and AutoConnect to avoid network partitions
Hi Guus
Thanks for clarifying. Some follow up questions:
- How do we patch 1.1pre14 with this fix? Or will there be a 1.1pre15 to
upgrade to?
- What is the workaround until we patch with this fix? Using a combination
of AutoConnect and ConnectTo?
- When we use ConnectTo, is it mandatory to have a cert file in the hosts/*
dir with an IP to ConnectTo ?

URL path match in ssh config
Hi. I have few different gitorious' accounts (for different workplaces and my personal), like
git at gitorious.org:foo/foo.git
git at gitorious.org:bar/bar.git
I want to configure ssh to use different ssh keys for different repos. I try to do it with ~/.ssh/config.
How I can match path? I want to get something like this:
Match path foo/foo.git
HostName gitorious.org
User git

klibc-1.0.12 released
Hopefully I should be up to date with all patches; haven't integrated
the module-init-tools, and some of Erik's patches didn't make it for
different reasons, which hopefully can be resolved soon.
If you have sent another patch which I haven't applied, please do let me
know.

[LLVMdev] MC-JIT
Together with Jan Sjodin (in copy of this email), we begin an
implementation of the JIT with MC. The idea, suggested by Jan, is to
develop a MCJIT in parallel of the current JIT and to keep the two
implementations until (at least) the new MC one is mature enough.
Currently code is kept on gitorious
(http://gitorious.org/llvm-mc-jit/llvm-mc-jit).
Following this, a boolean "bool MCJIT =

Eventmachine utils
I''m working on StrokeDB* right now and put pieces of networking stuff
into a separate repository "Eventmachine utils". There are 3 useful
libs already: protocol chaining, messaging protocol and marshalled
messaging protocol. Check them out :-)

[PATCH] gfxboot.c32
Ok, here is the first try to turn the gfxboot wrapper into a com32 module. I
had to extend the interface to the gfxboot core a bit to get it working. So
it works only with latest gfxboot from
git://gitorious.org/gfxboot/gfxboot.git

Gentoo+OpenLDAP+Gentoo
Hey All,
I'm trying to get a gentoo server setup running as a PDC for my
office that I work for. I have followed the following HOWTO exactly...
http://gentoo-wiki.com/HOWTO_LDAP_SAMBA_PDC and on step 4-4.2
(http://gentoo-wiki.com/HOWTO_LDAP_SAMBA_PDC_Basic_Evaluation#Join_It.21)
it fails. I have followed everything from that HOWTO exactly, although I
did have to add one single

Public reposurgeon repo
There is now a public reposurgeon repository at:
git at gitorious.org:reposurgeon/reposurgeon.git
I've tagged 2.0pre9 there, for two purposes:
* Charles can verify that I've solved the missing-files problem.
* Hartmut can rework the few of his patches I didn't merge into reposurgeon.
Charles, our next and final challenge is to generate proper merge
commits in the NUT repo
