I have compiled tinc under windows (MinGW), with the following configuration: ./configure --with-openssl=/opt/openssl-0.9.7b/ --with-zlib=/opt/zlib-1.1.4/ --with-lzo=/opt/lzo-1.08 --prefix=/opt/tinc-1.0.1 It works but configuration files are hardcoded!
