hello, I tried giving the --pidfile option when you use the -k option. as you said with pidfile option but it didnt work. Only way i could kill it was by restarting the OS. is there any way to do it otherwise. thanks mogan

I re-generated my rsa-keys, and checked my configuration. Hi, I have some problems getting tinc up and running an a Mac OS X and Linux machine. I was able to compile tinc on Linux and Mac and I configured it as fare as the daemons speak to each other (PING/PONG works fine, a -USR2 shows both edges). The problem is, that a real ping does not work. It gets sent over to the other machine but I never get a reply. Does anyone know why this happens? Note

I changed the libshout2 and thread module apis. This broke everything. If you are tracking CVS, make sure to update your libshout2 and the thread module. Ices2 and Icecast2 already uses these new changes, which were implemented as part of general cleanup and getting Solaris builds out of clean tarballs.
