PRIO inside HTB - trouble attaching filters correctly?
Hello everyone! I''m simply trying to put a PRIO inside an HTB (used to throttle). I''ve got interactive traffic on the network that I want to give priority (VoIP + Citrix + Video). I''ve used the filters in a CBQ script fine, but am having trouble adjusting them to this setup such that they properly assign the traffic. tc qdisc del root dev $e tc qdisc add dev $e

Problem compiling tinc-1.0.8 on gcc-2.95
Hello. I found that anonymous structures does not work on gcc-2.95. If you guys want to support a bit older platforms I suggest fixing it. You can check out patch I created to fix this issue. I just added 2 extra structures to remove anonymous structs inside connection_status_t and node_status_t. Patch is here: ftp://borg.uu3.net/pub/unix/tinc/tinc.patch Attaching it as well. tc/htb QoS script
hello folks, this is my first post to that list. so I hope I am not completely OT here :-) reading the (excellent!) lartc and then writing my own qos-script I have still some open questions which I will try to formulate now: - "Now we can optionally attach queuing disciplines to the leaf classes. If none is specified the default is pfifo." - I can''t find info about Pfifo.

Aide error "Caught SIGBUS/SEGV"
One of my servers has recently started giving an error every time I run "aide --check". I ran it manually twice today with the same results. The second time, I added the -V flag, but that didn't give me anything useful. The system is currently running CentOS 5.3. Nothing on the system has changed recently (that I am aware of). The Aide database hasn't been updated in a few

Just to keep things focused, I'll stick with smbstatus as this one has been the longest lasting

But that would disable mmap IO on systems that don't support fallocate. I'm not sure if OpenBSD people are for example happy about that. smbstatus getting a SIGBUS error
Somemore information regarding the smbstatus error. The sigbus error is occuring where I noted below. I now have data values to go along with the location. The SIGBUS generating bit is "entry_scanner_p->e.pid" which looks to be in an unaccessable area of memory. Looking back through the code, I find a couple of bizarities. For example file_scanner_p->num_share_mode_entries

sigbus fault ?
Hi Folks, I'm trying to run samba on Solaris 9. It works OK when I don't compile in kerberos and ldap, but when with those two compiled in, smbd seems to freeze (nmbd and winbindd are OK). After a bit of investigation I notice something strange in truss: ... /1@1: -> libldap-2.3:ldap_free_urldesc(0x30dfe8, 0x32e048, 0x32dfb8, 0x3 /1@1: ->

[LLVMdev] SparcV9 casa instruction
Hi, I need to implement the compare and swap instruction in the Sparc backend. It has the form: casa [reg]imm, reg, reg I believe I have specified it correctly in SparcV9Instr.def: I(CASAi, "casa", 4, -1, B12, true, 0, 1, SPARC_SINGLE, M_LOAD_FLAG|M_STORE_FLAG) Is this correct? And how do I specify the above syntax in SparcV9InstrInfo.td? Brent

[LLVMdev] SparcV9 branches
Hi, I need to generate a branch instruction from within CodeGenIntrinsic in SparcV9BurgISel.cpp. I generate a few instructions and add them to the mvec vector, and then I need to generate a branch whose target is the first instruction in the vector. I've seen how other portions of the code do this, but they have access to more information than CodeGenIntrinsic. Thanks, Brent

[LLVMdev] about switch and select instructions in SparcV9
Hi: In the file of SparcV9BurgISel.cpp, you said you didn't implement the "Switch" instruction and I also can't find how the "Select" instruction is implemented. So do you do some work to handle these two kind of instructions in other parts? Where can I find it? Thank you! -- Shuhan
