Memory leak - how to investigate
My web & name server runs out of memory from time to time, to the point where it's completely unresponsive to anything. At that point reset is the only alternative. (Or, as this is a virtual guest, I just say "virsh destroy"). But why this happens - I would like to know. The host in question is a KVM guest, and runs CentOS 6.4. From "top" (situation now): Mem:

Update of xlsReadWrite package
The (*windows only*) xlsReadWrite package has been updated and the new version is available on CRAN. xlsReadWrite natively reads and writes Excel files (v97 - 2003). o Changes from v1.1.1 to v1.3.3 (versions between never really published) - ROWNAMES-support also for matrices (not only for data.frame) - explicit rowNames argument in interface. DNAT for ongoing UDP flows
Hi, i need to dynamically change the destination IP address of UDP packets for an ongoing UDP flow. That means when the flow starts for the first time no change is needed and after some time a change of the destination IP address must be done to redirect the packets to another machine dynamically. For new flows this could be done using e.g.: iptables -t nat -A OUTPUT/PREROUTING -p udp

[LLVMdev] TableGen patterns with multiple outputs
Are multi-output patterns in TableGen supposed to work, or is that a known limitation in the current implementation? If I have TableGen code like the following... 1242 def SDTTestNode : SDTypeProfile<2, 1, [SDTCisSameAs<0, 1>]>; 1243 def TestNode : SDNode<"NVPTXISD::TestNode", SDTTestNode>; 1244 1245 def MyTestNode : NVPTXInst<(outs Int32Regs:$dst0,

[LLVMdev] TableGen patterns with multiple outputs
It has been something we've talked about for years, but I'm not aware of anyone working on it right now. remote yum update aborted with session closing - won't boot
I was upgrading a system remotely from Centos 6.3 to 6.5 via VNC. Now the system will not boot. Or at least without bringing up the console and switching to the older kernel. The last messages I see in /var/log/messages are: Jul 1 14:53:51 rigel yum[3220]: Updated: scl-utils-20120927-8.el6.i686 Jul 1 14:53:53 rigel gnome-keyring-daemon[2710]: dbus failure unregistering from session:

Samba_dlz: canceling trasaction on zone domain
Hi there, I'm in the process of switching from using Samba4 internal DNS to using BIND as my backend DNS. However, I'm currently running into some issues with the transition.
