[PATCH v2 2/5] x86: add enum for hypervisors to replace x86_hyper
The x86_hyper pointer is only used for checking whether a virtual
device is supporting the hypervisor the system is running on.
Use an enum for that purpose instead and drop the x86_hyper pointer.

[RESEND] [PATCH 00/18] Staging: hv: Cleanup vmbus driver code
This is a resend of the patches yet to be applied.
This patch-set addresses some of the bus/driver model cleanup that
Greg sugested over the last couple of days. In this patch-set we
deal with the following issues:
1) Cleanup error handling in the vmbus_probe() and
vmbus_child_device_register() functions. Fixed a
bug in the probe failure path as part of this cleanup.

[PATCH 00/49] Staging: hv: Driver cleanup
Further cleanup of the hv drivers:
1) Continue to cleanup our drivers to conform to the Linux Driver
Model.
2) Fix some long standing bugs with regards to unloading and
reloading the drivers - block, net and stor.
3) VMBUS is an ACPI enumerated device; make VMBUS an ACPI bus driver.
4) Get rid of channel polling code; instead the channel receive paths
will be purely interrupt

[PATCH 0/8] Staging: hv: vmbus: Driver cleanup
Further cleanup of the vmbus driver:
1) Cleanup the interrupt handler by inlining some code.
2) Ensure message handling is performed on the same CPU that
takes the vmbus interrupt.
3) Check for events before messages (from the host).
4) Disable auto eoi for the vmbus interrupt since Linux will eoi the
interrupt anyway.
5) Some general cleanup.

[PATCH 1/1] staging: hv: Fix race condition on vmbus channel initialization

Subject: [PATCH] staging: hv: Fix race condition on vmbus channel initialization
There is a possible race condition when hv_utils starts to load immediately
after hv_vmbus is loading - null pointer error could happen.
This patch added wait/completion to ensure all channels are ready before
vmbus loading completes. So another module won't
