[PATCH 1/4] staging: hv: Fix the code depending on struct vmbus_driver_context data order
The patch fixed the code depending on the exact order of fields in the struct vmbus_driver_context, so the unused field drv_ctx can be removed, and drv_obj doesn't have to be the second field in this structure. [PATCH] staging: hv: Fix GARP not sent after Quick Migration
After Quick Migration, the network is not immediately operational in the current context when receiving RNDIS_STATUS_MEDIA_CONNECT event. So, I put the netif_notify_peers() into a scheduled work, otherwise GARP packet will not be sent after quick migration, and cause network disconnection. Thanks to Mike Surcouf <mike at surcouf.co.uk> for reporting the bug and testing the patch. This

[PATCH 00/07] Remove and replace all un-needed DPRINT and printk
This patch set removes all un-needed DPRINT and printk calls and replaces the remaining ones with the correct pr_, dev_ and netdev_ calls from hv_vmbus, hv_netvsc, hv_timesource and hv_utils. Several DPRINTS are remaining that will be cleaned up in my next set of patches. They deal with printing out certain debugging that will be implemented slightly differently.
