[ANNOUNCE] xf86-input-evdev 2.5.99.901
First RC for evdev 2.6. We've only had a few changes since 2.5 but there is a significant rewrite coming up to use the masked valuator bits so I'd like to get out what we have now. Note that in all likelyhood, support for older servers (including server 1.9) will be dropped in the next version. Hence the 2.6 branch will be maintained for a while. This release has some improved tablet

[ANNOUNCE] xinput 1.4.0
Main features added to this version is support for listing and changing input device properties. Note that this release is also MPX/XI2-aware. XI2 is still undergoing changes, so XI2 support is only enabled if you build it on a machine that's running libXi from git. Cheers, Peter Benjamin Close (2): Correct the check for XI2, not every shell supports ==, but they do = Clean up

libXi is moving fast, and having tarballs can make it easier on testers. So here it is, the first libXi tarball including XI2. Cheers, Peter Alan Coopersmith (2): Add README with pointers to mailing list, bugzilla & git repos Fix typo in

[ANNOUNCE] xinput 1.6.3
/me blows the dust off this git repo xinput 1.6.3 is now available, incorporating the best of the last (checks calendar) four years. Most of this is buildsystem tidyup that mattered back then but is less exciting now in these modern times. The only user-visible change is that xinput will now print a warning when run against XWayland in the hope that this will reduce the number of confused users

[ANNOUNCE] xorg-server 1.9.99.901
Ok, I think we've done enough damage for one release. Thanks everyone for pulling a long weekend to get changes prepared and reviewed. We're still missing the threaded input stuff, but that needs more review and I think we wore Tiago out this time around. If someone wants to propose merging it after the freeze, I think we should consider doing it. Note that this tarball depends on

[ANNOUNCE] xf86-input-libinput 0.11.0
This release fixes a missing property for scroll methods if none of the scroll methods were enabled by default (but still available on the device). Another fix for 'mixed' devices, i.e. devices with relative and absolute axes at the same time. This is quite common in MS mice that init all ABS_X axes in addition to relative x/y. Those devices previously got scaled weirdly by the server

Help on the multivariate interpolation with R
Hello, I work on the Stochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA) and I am looking for a function in a R package which done the multivariate interpolation. My problem is: For all i=1, ..., n, I have values of (xi1, xi2, ..., xi7)in IR^7 and f(xi1, xi2, ..., xi7)in R and I have also values of (x'i1, x'i2, ..., x'i7) in IR^7 and I need f(x'i1, x'i2, ..., x'i7) in R by interpolation.
