Based on the original patch by Christoph Bumiller, but since it depends on kernel support patched I cannot push it yet. The changes are that I enable vblank by default, and offset takes OFFSET_HIGH/LOW instead of something relative to notifier_bo. I believe I've addressed all the feedback from the first time around, and also made fixes necessary for GM20x based on testing results. I believe now it should actually work for all GM10x and GM20x.
