DVI + VGA?
I have an LCD monitor with both VGA and DVI connectors on it, and a
video card to match (both connectors). If I want to switch from the
VGA (currently in use) to the DVI, do I need to do anything special
other than switch wires? I didn't see anything in google that was
helpful (though I may not have used a smashing search...).
Thanks.

GTA San Andreas on Mac-PLEASE READ!
I am trying to run my modified no-cd v.1.0 GTA San Andreas game on my aluminum unibody Intel processor (Nvidia gpu) mac using Wine Bottle. I got it to work once and then, after adding my saved game files to the Documents folder, I couldn't get it to run again. It just kept loading the blue virtual desktop and then crashing!!! I cant seem to pull myself away from this problem and i have been

Macbook Pro 5,3 Video Issues
Hello,
On my system (Linux 3.3, booting in EFI mode, using Nouveau with
nouveau.noaccel=1 due to
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=27501 ), I can't figure out
how to change the backlight or switch which of the two graphics cards (I
have an Nvidia 9600M GT and a 9400M, both are recognized by nouveau but
only the 9400M is ever used) Linux uses for the framebuffer or X uses

Wine on MacBook - Linux and OS X problems
Hi all
I've been having problems getting a particular game to work properly in Wine under OS X, and have been working on the assumption that it's a software problem with Wine. However, some testing I have done today is making me think it's a problem elsewhere, possibly something to do with graphics drivers. Here's the testing I have done:
