I need to start running a dual head on one of my machines. Eventual target is CentOS 5.x. Decided to test first on my 4.6 setup (eventually it will achieve 5.x). Both machines are fully up to date. I am running opensuse Leap 15 on an Alienware laptop. When I plug a monitor into the HDMI socket xrandr shows that is disconnected. How can I get the system to send an event or something so it will look and see that a monitor is there. If I cycle power on the computer with the monitor connected both monitors come up connected. Hi, I'm moving my games from my laptop to my desktop, however the games don't run. I can get installation screens, loading screens etc. but nothing past that. I think I may have updated the tv firmware between when it worked and when it didn't. I wonder it it has to do with bit depth. I use lubuntu and it doesn't let me pick the bit depth so I don't know what it using.

Hi! Can I use my 2nd vga card (and 2nd keyboard and mouse) in domU? I tried to hide the additional card from dom0 and exported into domU, but I got console messages from domU in xen console, not on the 2nd monitor. What can I do?
