Extensions.conf error - 'Maximum Include level(10) exceeded'
Oh Nooooooo! It looks as if there is a limit of 9 (not 10) maximum #include statments that you can have in extensions.conf. For example, the following extensions.conf causes the error to appear.. [user_3250071] #include "inc/wildwildwest/features.conf" #include "inc/wildwildwest/features.conf" #include "inc/wildwildwest/features.conf" #include

Samba Secondary Groups
This has been bugging me for years but never got around to spending a lot of time on it until I now want/need to use it for work stuff. Problem is simple I get access denied when trying to create a file in a directory that is not owned by me or my primary group that doesn't have world writable permissions. Ive also had similar issues with NFS mounts where I can't move/create/delete files

UID syncing issues with CTDB
I have been working on a CTDB cluster on and off for a while now. I had it working great for a while. THen I decide dthat I wanted to change the configuration of my replicated volumes. I changed my DRBD configuration to match my desired configuration. Now I can get the CTDB to work quite right. I am able to join the cluster to the domain without issues. I can also list my ad users and groups using

Extensions.conf error - 'Maximum Include level (10) exceeded'
Can someone tell me why the following from extensions.conf generates this error on asterisk load? Jan 13 09:27:24 WARNING[31701]: config.c:938 ast_config_internal_load: Maximum Include level (10) exceeded As far as I can tell I don't have a DEPTH of 10 includes. I certainly have more than 10 include statements, but I don't have them drilled down to a depth of 10. I'm thinking the

Mac OS X and ACL's
Hi all, I have a server that has ACL's enabled on it and the groups are set properly from the domain that are applied on top of it for the shared folders. I am running with Mac OS X 10.10.5 on the client side and am having nothing but issues with getting them to respect the ACL's set on the files. The Server Setup is as follows: Domain Server: Debian 7.9 with Samba 4.3.4 Member

calling java from R and using java time series double precision array
I haven't had time to try using R for over a year, but have a colleage who wants to. We work with time series and our current version of our calendar-time subroutines in java converts both directions between linear time and calendar. We have used calendar time since year 1965 starting out then with Fortran. Calendar time can be CnYrMoDa | CnYrMoDaHr | CnYrMoDaHrMn | CnYrMoDaHrMnSc |

Extensions.conf error - 'MaximumInclude level(10) exceeded'
I don't follow. Are you saying there's a limit of 10 contexts within extensions.conf? If, on the other hand, your saying that each context can only have 10 #include statements, I tried that too. See below. I put 12 #include's across two contexts, and still got the same error, I not sure that goto's are much of a solution, but I'll have to proof it. And that's my

Cannot access share
Running openldap/samba/smbldap-tools/debian etch: The users can access their home drives and logon.bat maps but not the share. I can see the share in explorer but prompts for a password when try to access it. I had them working fine a while back. The only user that can access the share is admin. The only thing that's happened that I can think of is that a script changed the whole directory

Cannot access share]
Actually what I've discovered is that the user is able to access the share and access the shared folders where its a member of it's respective group. However, I have a weird problem where 1. user logon.bat does not map shared drive to S: and 2. under the domain name/server in My Network Places there are the folders in the share as well as a subfolder called "shared". It

make check reg-tests-1.R error on solaris
R 2.5.1 compiled, passed the make check and has been successfully running for a couple years on a Sun Fire V490 running Solaris 9. I need a newer version of R, but can't get a newer version of R to pass the make check. I've tried 2.8.1, 2.7.2, 2.6.2 and 2.6.0. (2.5.1 still passes on this server) At this point I thought I'd try to compile it on another Sun server (Solaris 10),

time_zone_select helper enhancement
As we all know it, Time Zones are a pain in the neck. Rails make things easier by providing some nice helpers. However, I recently faced a challenge when trying to pre select a time zone for a user. Using the time_zone_select helper, there''s simply no way you can pre select a timezone for a user unless you already saved the time zone in his/her record. Creating a new user or editing a
