For this purpose, it would be helpful if the script could automatcially make a call to whatever is called when a user opens up one of these files and manually clicks "Compile PDF". But, then when I do latex mark-example.tex, I get the message below. I looked in the archives and Martin Morgan mentioned something in 2004 in terms of making sure that latex is looking at where Sweave.sty is but I am unsure

Dear Duncan, Thanks for chiming in. Could you explain how you set debug() on post_processor()? I've tried adding debug(post_processor) to rsos_article() or adding debug(post_processor) when after post_processor was defined in the debugger. Neither work for me. All supporting files are available within the package. The code below should be reproducible on your machine.

Hopefully I can get it working from within LyX, but first I'm just trying to get the simplest possible thing (compiling one of the example files in the pgfSweave package) to work. That is strange. Another function in the same package (INBOmd::inbo_rapport) uses the same trick. I actually started by copying the post_processor() from that function.
