Can't find the error in a Binomial GLM I am doing, please help
Hi all, I can't find the error in the binomial GLM I have done. I want to use that because there are more than one explanatory variables (all categorical) and a binary response variable. This is how my data set looks like: > str(data) 'data.frame': 1004 obs. of 5 variables: $ site : int 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 ... $ sex : Factor w/ 2 levels "0","1": NA NA NA

help with multiple imputation using imp.mix
I am desperately trying to impute missing data using 'imp.mix' but always run into this yucky error message to which I cannot find the solution. It's the first time I am using mix and I'm trying really hard to understand, but there's just this one step I don't get...perhaps someone knows the answer? Thanks! Jens My code runs:

lmList - strange problem
I am using lmList, which takes 'Data' partitioned according to the levels of a grouping factor (gf) and individual 'lm' fits are obtained for each 'data'partition, using a model defined as in "lm".
