Problem with duplicated groups?
Hello, i have some problems migrating a Windows 2000 PDC to a Debian
GNU/Linux Samba Server, i want to migrate it to a LDAP backend.. but as
i'm kind of newbie with ldap and samba migration stuff, i preffered to
migrate it to tdbsam first and try it for a while, if everything works
fine, then switch to a ldap backend.
The problem is that Essential Windows Groups are automatically created,

SSL only working in DEBUG mode
Hi,
I spent quite some time pulling my hair out and trying to figure out why
NUT wasn't working properly with SSL enabled. I tried several approaches
until I found something interesting.
I'm using NUT 2.7.1 in Ubuntu Server 14.04 Trusty Tahr
After properly configuring a self signed certificate with "certutil" from
libnss3-tools, there was no way to get proper SSL connection

Asterisk 1.8 not playing parking slot announcement to parker
Just upgraded to 1.8, we use the multi lot parking feature by dialling *4.
We are not getting the parking slot announcement being played to the person
who parks the call, so it's impossible to tell which slot they've gone
into. Could someone check our config?

Asterisk 1.8 and dual stack support
Hi folks,
Following an upgrade to Debian wheezy, I'm now running Asterisk 1.8.13.1.
As opposed to Asterisk 1.6.2.9 that I ran with squeeze, this version can
support IPv6. However, it seems that I can't get it to support both IPv4
and IPv6 at the same time. For example, if in sip.conf I set the bindaddr
variable to '::' it will only listen on IPv6 and none of my IPv4-only

Asterisk 11 - BLF on Custom devices
In testing Asterisk 11, I've found that Asterisk doesn't seem to be sending BLF updates to SIP peers that have subscribed to a hint looking at a Custom device if that Custom device state is RINGING or RING_INUSE. All other states seem to be working correctly.
The hint section of the dialplan is:

User sets or anything similar?
Hello
I got about 20 different people using 20 different PC''s in my Lan. Five
of them should have unrestricted access to the internet any time of the
day. Yet the rest of them should only have access at certain timeframes
during the day. Two of them should have no access at all.
I am well experienced in writing rules (for the rules file) that make
all this possible, yet i was
