Pull Request wiki.c.o/Download
The RHEL links for Release Notes for CentOS-6, CentOS-5, and Centos-4 on wiki.c.o/Download are reached courtesy of redirects on the RedHat.com server. Will CentOS become obsolete now because of the changes Red Hat is implementing?
This post appeared on another forum: Will CentOS become obsolete now because of the changes Red Hat is implementing? Red Hat has changed the way it distributes Enterprise Linux kernel code in an effort to prevent Oracle and Novell from stealing its customers, making it more difficult for these competitors to understand which patches have been applied where. Some have speculated that the change

[LLVMdev] [RFC] Performance tracking and benchmarking infrastructure BoF
Hi, Next week at the developers meeting, I'm chairing a BoF session on improving our performance tracking and benchmarking infrastructure. I'd like to make the most out of the 45 minute slot. Therefore, I'd like to start the discussion a bit earlier here, giving everyone who can't come to the BoF a chance to put in their 2 cents. At the same time, I hope this will also give me a

List of updates in Update 3 ?
While update 3 was released last week, it looks like there are 40 or so packages updated. I dunno about squid, it is listed on http://rhn.redhat.com/errata/rhel4as-errata.html but the changelog is from October 2005 (unless it is an rhel only bug). audit-1.0.12-1.EL4.i386.rpm audit-libs-1.0.12-1.EL4.i386.rpm audit-libs-devel-1.0.12-1.EL4.i386.rpm bootparamd-0.17-21.RHEL4.i386.rpm

While the CentOS team feels we are using Red Hat's marks in a fair and legal manner, we have no choice
