similar to: Pioneer DVD-120s probe problem

Hi, I am having trouble using my dvd drive in KDE, as it wont mount, using dvd, cd, cdrw. all I get is the error message saying: Could not mount device. The reported error was: cd9660: /dev/acd0: Invalid argument Has anyone got a solution for this? Thanks, Brian

These are new boxes. http://www.supermicro.com/products/system/1U/5015/SYS-5015B-MT.cfm core 2 Q6600 CPU 8Gb 667 RAM Boxes were memtested from Fri-Mon okay. 6.3-RELEASE (amd64) installs fine. Build cycle okay. Running (no load) for a week or so. However, when I try to configure gmirror they hang on boot. After some fiddling it appears issuing #kldload geom_mirror hangs the boxes very hard.

All: I cvsup'ed earlier this evening and am still able to reproduce this panic at will. Command line, panic backtrace, dmesg, ldd output, and mplayer version follow. Usually you need to add the -analyze option, to dump the analysis results.
