R package checking error.
Dear useRs, I am trying to build my package (nonpareff) which deals with some models of data envelopment analysis. The building worked well, but checking complains when it tests examples. Zipped nonparaeff.Rcheck is attached. Following is the log. --------------------------------------------- arecibo:tmp arecibo$ R CMD build nonparaeff/ * checking for file 'nonparaeff/DESCRIPTION' ...

Deleting for() loop in function
Dear UseRs, I wrote following function in order to solve Data Envelopment Analysis. Reason for posting is that the function is slow when nrow(dat) is large. I wonder if other functions could substitute the for() loop in the code, such as mapply(). Can anybody help to rewrite the dea() function as efficiently as possible? The code is as follows:

[LLVMdev] LiveIntervals, replace register with representative register?
I don't understand the following code snippet in LiveIntervalAnalysis.cpp. Why changing the type of the opreand from a virtual register to a machine register? The register number (reg) is still a virtual register index (>1024). bool LiveIntervals::runOnMachineFunction(MachineFunction &fn) { // perform a final pass over the instructions and compute spill // weights, coalesce

[LLVMdev] [Query] Programming Register Allocation
Thanks for the information. I still don't know how do I partition registers into different classes from the virtual registers? For instance, I have the function who which iterates over the instructions, but I don't know how to write the function which returns the different register class. void RAOptimal::Gather(MachineFunction &Fn) { // Gather just iterates over the blocks,

Always via logical expressions. In this case you can use the logical expression myDF$b != "0" to give you a vector of TRUE/FALSE B. > On Sep 25, 2017, at 8:00 AM, Shane Carey <careyshan at gmail.com> wrote: > > This is super, really helpfull. AlgDesign - $D $A $Ge $Dea
Hi, I am wondering how I should interpreate the output of optFederov() in AlgDesign. Specially I want to know what is $D, $A, $Ge and $Dea, which one I can use as an efficiency to say how good the optimal design is. I only know when a orthogonal design comes, $D = 1. I red the pdf document -- vignette("AlgDesign") [Just type: vignette("AlgDesign") in R, you will get
