Problem With Android Configuration
Hi there,
I've finally had a deeper look and found the Lollipop routing issues root
cause: Lollipop uses several routing tables instead of the default one for
previous Android versions. The main routing table is used with lowest
priority per default:
root at hammerhead:/ # ip rule show
0: from all lookup local
10000: from all fwmark 0xc0000/0xd0000 lookup legacy_system
13000: from all

Success: Bring-up of LLVM/clang-built Linux ARM(32-bit) kernel for Android - Nexus 5
Hello,
I would like to share my successful bring-up of LLVM/clang-built Linux
ARM(32-bit) hammerhead kernel for Android running on my Nexus 5 smartphone.
After having successfully brought up LLVM/clang-built Linux kernel(since
v4.15.7 to the most recent v4.17) on x86_64, I was interested in
accomplishing the same on the ARM platform of my Nexus 5 - Android
smartphone. So, here is the complete

Problem With Android Configuration
If you are running Lollipop / Android 5.x on your Nexus 5, then you are
probably seeing the same issue I was with it. lollipop seems to change
networking quite a bit in that it's using iptables / and `ip rule list`
extensively for per-user settings.
I think

is relevant if you see running in to the same issue, it's

Problem With Android Configuration
I think it's more of a routing issue than anything explicitly blocking it,
they use a new 'ip rule list' and per user settings that aren't well
documented yet either, but where exactly to point I don't know. I haven't
messed with android 5 much yet, it seems not ready enough yet for daily
use, there isn't a single snapshot in the cyanogenmod repos, for example.
So maybe

Yes. The problem is lollipop. I tried to install tinc on my brother's
device which mount a cyano 10.1( android 4.2.2) and it works.
I don't understand which is the problem with lollipop. Is there a firewall
that block the packets?

Problem With Android Configuration
I switch to lollipop 4 months ago and I never had issue. So for my opinion it is ready for daily use.
Before try tinc I had my vpn implemented with openvpn, and it works great on lollipop. I switch to tinc because i prefer a mash vpn topology versus a client/server topology.

Wine, JACK and midi?
Hey there,
I'm a bit new to WINE, not used it much outside of when I used to play
Diablo II on it a year or two ago.
Anyways, another thing I'm currently experimenting with is music
composition. I've got my Rosegarden (sequencer) and qsynth running
over JACK, but frankly, the free soundfonts I've found have been
pretty dire. The level of cheese involved is enough to kill a man.

Newbie questions -- is OCFS2 what I even want?
Dear Sirs and Madams,
I run a small visual effects production company, Hammerhead Productions.
We'd like to have an easily extensible inexpensive relatively
high-performance
storage network using open-source components. I was hoping that OCFS2
would be that system.
I have a half-dozen 2 TB fileservers I'd like the rest of the network to see
as a single 12 TB disk, with the aggregate

some questions about busy detection
I'm going to be hooking FXS lines on a TDM400 to a PBX which doesn't
drop line voltage at the end of a call, so I'm going to have to use busy
detection. A few questions -
The tones are taken from the tones specified by the zone in zaptel.conf,
right? Which tones cause hangup?
The PBX may not use the national standard tones. Does anyone have any
suggestion for how I can

To be fair, the GCC version which comes with the android ndk has not been
updated for four years, while the clang

That IO sounds pretty normal. To help with IO load, we have a dedicated
index store cluster, dedicated source data cluster, dedicated indexing
cluster, etc. Sigh. Each time I think we have

AEC troubleshooting
Well, I am not the person to be asked about how Speex AEC works :)
And I was referring speaker input as having direct access into what has been
played thru speaker. (ASIO Soundcard provides interface for that)
So if I am remebering correctly, with data from Mic and Speaker in sync,
speex AEC should do the job.

This is really a good idea to determine the frequency difference between capture
and play of the sound card. But it need constant far-end voice and a long time

ASIO audio drivers for WINE?
