virDomainMemoryPeek: bad behavior under workload
Greetings, I am working on a platform for analysis automation. I need to run several Virtual Environments concurrently and record information about their behavior. I wrote some months ago about the capability of reading the Memory during the Environment's execution (in paused state). What do I need is the complete linear memory image, byte per byte, nothing special; I will give this output

Monitor guest vm memory usage
Hi All Is there a tool to monitor qemu-kvm guest vm memory usage ( free in guest vm)?Nowadays, I have already researched some methods:1. qemu-kvm process memory usage.? ? ?Since qemu-kvm process memory usage always increases as time goes on, it will not reflect the memory usage in vm.2.?virsh dommemstat? ? ?Just as method 1.3.?virsh qemu-monitor-command --hmp [domain name] "info mem"? ?

[PATCH v3 0/6] initial suspend support
This patch series makes suspend support in qemu alot more useful. Right now the guest can put itself into s3, but qemu will wakeup the guest instantly. With this patch series applied the guest will stay suspended instead and there are a few events which can kick the guest out of suspend state: A monitor command, ps/2 input, serial input, rtc. Not much yet, but it''s a start with the

It's at this point where I think about filing a full bug report with llvm. Any hints before I do? want to access the page file of VM from host on Xen platform
Is there a way to access swap memory or page file of a virtual machine from host. I am using Xen and want to access the page file contents of my windows XP SP2 virtual machine from dom0. Please do tell me if there is already a tool that could provide this functionality. Any help is appreciated. Thanks and regards, Irfan -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...

Thanks for providing the patch! I got around to testing it this morning and it appears it fixes compilation, but produces a non-working system. I know that's kinda vague and I'll have more details soon, including sample binaries. I at least wanted to give a status update so you didn't think you were being ignored. Klicking sounds in background
Hello, I have an IVR with Intel HMP SIP stack, which is a peer behind my Asterisk box (Asterisk 1.0.7, Digium PRI). When dialing in via PSTN, there are klicking sounds in the background, which do not appear, when dialing in via SIP (using Asterisk as pbx). The issue does not seem to be an alaw/?law problem. I tried trunking two Asterisk boxes via IAX and then call via two asterisks, but the

Hi Shawn, I don't think it has anything to do with the tidyverse. Cisco 79xx series IP phones
Shawn, That's a complete load of manure. I have an office full of 7960's, they work great with asterisk with the SIP images loaded. I'm about to pick up a lot of 7912's (simple one line phones, same as the 7905 but it has a built in switch). These phones have also been confirmed to work with Asterisk. I would recommend not going directly to cisco, and just find a reseller who

Asterisk <-> Nortel Phone Switch
Still trying to make my Asterisk PBK talk to our Nortel Phone Switch (C15k). Nortel did an upgrade which changed a bunch of things today, so I thought I'd give it another shot. It looks like I'm much closer this time, but still no go. Can't do calling in either direction. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks! Shawn [nortel] host=10.0.0.10 insecure=very type=peer qualify=no

FW: Maps and plotting
Thanks for the help on the translucent dots. What would be the best method for creating a map of the facility? I looked into map* in the libraries and didn't find anything on creating the maps, just using them. Thanks again... Vector of Vectors
I have a matrix of data. I need to scan the matrix and find every sequence from maxima to maxima across a row. I can write a loop to do this easily. Problem is, I can't figure out how to store the results. Each result is a vector of widely varying lengths. Ideally I'd like a vector of these, i.e. a vector of vectors, so I can quickly iterate through them and compute correlation
