Firefox IE Tab Extension
Hi people,
I was wondering if the IE Tab Firefox extension would work on wine.
Has anybody try it yet? If someone did, please let me know how it worked.
Here is a link to that Firefox extension for those who do not know it yet:

Thanks a lot

Cannot open Cloud Nine after installing
This isn't a situation where the game is incompatible with Wine, so I'm going to cry about it. On the main website you can't get the downloader for the client unless you're using internet explorer. Easy enough, I can just get the "User Agent Switcher 0.7.2" and trick the site easily into thinking I'm using Internet Explorer - Got the downloader. Now I have to open it

Broken, at least on CentOS5. The same file/addon download problem that has plagued every new update release in I don't remember how long. File downloads go to 99% and then stop, or

firefox and D state
Previously when firefox went catatonic
to the point that I could not even scroll,
its CPU usage had gone to 100%+.
Now top tells me that firefox, Web Content (with a space)
or sometimes kswap... has process state D,
uninterruptable sleep.
Any suggestions on how to deal?
I often have a lot of tabs open,
so discovering the right one was hard enough before.
Usually, it was something relatively new,

Centos in the Browser string ?
I know Centos is a 100% rebuilt of whatever Red Hat has produced, even
though the version numbers are no longer visually identical and, as
Johnny always writes, "If it ain't in the Red Hat version, it ain't in
Centos" or words having the same meaning.
Having got circa 20,000 hits, from all round the world, to a single dull
web page in 2 days, I thought I would analyse the

The subject line is deliberate.
It looks like firefox 38 is infliting a rerun of

clicking on link in Thunderbird fails to open page in Firefox
This worked fine for years until I updated firefox and thunderbird
recently. Now, however, when I click on a link in an email in
thunderbird, rather than open the indicated webpage in firefox, nothing
at all happens.
network.protocol-handler.app.http in tbird's about:config specifies the
executable /usr/lib/thunderbird/open-browser.sh and running the latter
at the CLI with a URL as an

chm NOT fixed but success elswhere
First: Contrary to claims chm viewing is NOT fixed. It's better but graphics and the index are still broken. I washed my hands on bug reporting of the problems, as I now use firefox with the chm addon which works even better than the last kchmviewer I tried.
Great News:
I installed the latest PBWin9.0 and the first example I tried worked flawlessly.
This surprised me as this was a COM example

[Trisquel-users] I am fed up with YouTube!
May be wish for an addon which on-the-fly convert flv/mp4 videos to ogg in
browser. Firefox can run/display ogg videos. Currently I have to download
them manually using download helper extension and then i use OggConvert to
convert it into ogg video. Then I watch it.
