Under centos 5 I modified /etc/gdm/custom.conf to auto login with the following: [daemon] AutomaticLoginEnable=true AutomaticLogin=myuser TimedLoginEnable=true TimedLogin=myuser TimedLoginDelay=0 This doesnt seem to work in Centos 6.
