Asterisk voicemail problem with isdn avm fritz!card
Hello everyone, I have Asterisk SVN-trunk-r7498 installed on a server (celeron 2.4 Ghz, 256MB) with a TDM40b a TDM04b and an avm fritz!card pci. I experience a problem with voicemail: my messages are good unless the incoming call comes from isdn, which means via the avm fritz!card. In this case (and in this case only) the message is disjointed and I can hear at most 1 second out of a 1 minute

Gluster replicate 3 arbiter 1 in split brain. gluster cli seems unaware
Hey, Can you give us the volume info output for this volume? Why are you not able to get the xattrs from arbiter brick? It is the same way as you do it on data bricks. The changelog xattrs are named trusted.afr.virt_images-client-{1,2,3} in the getxattr outputs you have provided. Did you do a remove-brick and add-brick any time? Otherwise it will be trusted.afr.virt_images-client-{0,1,2} usually.

Moving Samba/LDAP PDC to another server
I need to move our existing Samba/LDAP PDC to another server. Currently it is on server1 and I want server2 to be the Samba/LDAP PDC instead. However, I am uncertain of what files need to be copied over to ensure that I don't have to rejoin machines to the domain. Searching the web I found information on creating the initial PDC setup, but nothing on moving the PDC. I also have a system

Winbind problems
Hi, >||||||Do not set ANY additional share parameters, such as force user or >valid users. Adding them to the share definition can prevent you from >configuring or using the share. OK, sorry. Now is working properly. I'm copying the Windows files to Samba4 and I'm not able to copy the NTFS security information. In the logs it states that the destination is not an NTFS system.

Im seriously thinking about changing dist. due to acl won't work as they should with debian woody. Ppl also tell me this is because of some bug in debian. So, as the subject says, anybody got acl to work w/ debian 3, winbindd in a domain? If not, hello redhat.. Problems accessing Linux Shares
I use Redhat Linux 9, SWAT version 2.2.7a-8.9.0 , and Samba version 2.2.7a-8.9.0. I have one Windows 2000 and one XP system that use the linuxbox as a filserver. There are various access problems with the Windows machines getting access to the Samba shares. The Windows2000 machine accesses the Linux shares fine (requiring authentication for each share and giving access rights based on the local

Timestamp issues
Hi folks, I got a fileserver with debian sarge which is being held up to date as good as I can. I got a machine with two harddrives. One holds kubuntu dapper and one holds winxp. And then there's more machines but they don't matter at the moment. On the filserver there's a share _images_ that has a force user/group _images_ constraint. Therefore when I save an image to that share

rsync folder permissions
I'm trying to rsync our filserver to a USB backup. When I first start, all the folders are created with root:root ownership whereas the actual owners are root:Domain Users or root: one.of.our.groups Eventually, the groups show correctly, but not always. My question is, when rsync creates the new directories, does it respect user and group all the way along or must we wait for the end
