Failed to find cifs/foo.bar in keytab MEMORY:cifs_srv_keytab (arcfour-hmac-md5)]
Hi. I'm using Samba 4.3.11 as a domain member on FreeBSD 10.x. Some of my users (around 1%) are experiencing problems from time to time, browsing this server's shares in Windows Explorer - it starts to ask for the password. It doesn't ask the password while accesssing it via it's IP address, and I see in its logs the following (when accessing it via its name): [2016/09/20

Re: guestfish Remote Images IPv6 Support
I believe the bug lies in libguestfs. Taking out the commands being sent to QEMU and using qemu-img info I can recreate the error: # qemu-img info "rbd:images/CentOS-7-x86_64-GenericCloud-1901:mon_host=[fd00::cefc:1]\:6789:auth_supported=none" qemu-img: Could not open 'rbd:images/CentOS-7-x86_64-GenericCloud-1901:mon_host=[fd00::cefc:1]\:6789:auth_supported=none': invalid

Re: guestfish Remote Images IPv6 Support
This worked wonderfully!  What are the odds of getting this upstream in the near future?  I'd rather not build from source in production. # ./run guestfish --format=raw --ro -a rbd://[fd00::cefc:1]:6789/images/CentOS-7-x86_64-GenericCloud-1901 libguestfs: trace: set_verbose true libguestfs: trace: set_verbose = 0 libguestfs: trace: set_tmpdir "/root/libguestfs/tmp" libguestfs:

guestfish Remote Images IPv6 Support
I have scoured the web and can't find anything on the topic: Is IPv6 supported for remote image targets? For example: guestfish --format=raw --ro -a rbd://[fd00::cefc:1]:6789/images/CentOS-7-x86_64-GenericCloud-1901 Does not work citing the following: libguestfs: trace: set_verbose true libguestfs: trace: set_verbose = 0 libguestfs: create: flags = 0, handle = 0x5560231bdfb0, program =

Re: guestfish Remote Images IPv6 Support
Unfortunately I do need to use the address explicitly as opposed to hostnames because the source of the data fed here is Ceph's monmap which returns the addresses explicitly. I've tried all the common ways to escape the : in the v6 address to no avail.  I definitely agree that the problem looks to be it parsing the colons as if the port comes next and then everything after that is

can't delete recursive DNS entry
Due to a mistake I created a subdomain with the name of the domain itself. In my case the domain is briesebaer.intern and I created the subdomain briesebaer.intern. Using DNS RSAT Tool I see under briesebaer.intern the subdomain intern and then a recurrence of the whole domain. That means: under intern there is briesebaer and all of the dns query beneath. The query shows the Name=intern

What's I'm trying to achieve : ------------------------------------------ Gnome gdm introduced a great feature that suspend the system on logout. This help a lot reducing the electric

ntlm_auth: (pipe \PIPE\NETLOGON) has died or was never started (fd == -1)
I'm exeperiencing a strange ntlm_auth problem: I'm running two domain with a trust; the trusting one, (EUFEMIA with the PDC Beatrice) uses the WINS facility of the trusted one (LETTERE, PDC Alice). Users of EUFEMIA and LETTERE alike have a successful logon to Beatrice. LETTERE users do authenticate in Beatrice with ntlm_auth. EUFEMIA users do not: beatrice:/home# ntlm_auth --username
