How to bind properly to Samba4 LDAP server?
Hello all,
This is my second approach to make a script which will be used to Samba4 users management.
As I wrote in my previous mail, I have no problems to read records from LDAP, and that's because It could happen without bind process.
Problem is when I try to write or modify something to LDAP.
Here is my simple script written in Perl: http://pastebin.com/eF0hh5Ee

Situation:

dynamic update for reverse lookup zone denied - insufficient access rights
Hello,
I'm struggling with an error for secure dynamic dns updates for reverse
lookup zones.
My environment:
2 Samba 4.8.4 DC's with BIND DLZ as dns backend, running on Centos 7.5.
Samba was compiled from source with default heimdal kerberos
(./configure --with-systemd --enable-gnutls) /I know now that
--with-systemd is not needed, but didn't now that the time of compilation/.

Insufficient Disk Space error
Howdy, folks.
I searched through the Google groups, and was surprised not to find
anything that matches my problem. I've installed winex in Gentoo. The
apps start up wonderfully, but during the installation process, I get an
error about insufficient disk space. My .winex/config file contains the
following entry:
[Drive C]
"Path" = "/c"
"Type" = "hd"

Insufficient access error
I've been working on getting Samba 3.0.4-2 to join our test W2k3 Active
Directory for most of the day. When I try to join with this command :
net ads join -U w702a-palmadesso "w702\NonCatComputers"
According to my official Samba HowTo Book this should join the domain
specified in my smb.conf. Instead I get the following output :
[root@w72l-tux samba]# net ads join -U

PROBLEM: Error 111: Insufficient Memory
Hi,
I'm trying to run a setup program (for evrsoft's First Page 2000 html
editor program). When I run the setup program it unpacks to 99% complete
and falls out every time at 99% before it starts to run the setup program
complaining with "Error 111: Insufficient Memory Available...".
Does anyone have an ideas on how to get round this type of problem (I'm

plm ? tests of poolability ? error: insufficient number
Hello Cecilia,
nice hearing from you again. I must restate a couple of my old hints,
though ;^)
1) please always put the authors c/c, as we are not guaranteed to browse
through the r-help every day
2) please provide reproducible examples.
As example(pooltest) keeps working fine, as do some other cases I tried
(Grunfeld data etc.), I don't know what the problem is but evidently

Hi,
I am using codec g729 on two asterisk machines, but when call is forwarded
from asterisk server 1 (32bit) to server 2(64bit). server 1 outputs
following error and there is no audio. Also the IVRs being played have
choppy voice.
"Insufficient information for SDP (m = 'audio 0000 RTP/AVP 18 127', c = '')"
It is running fine when codec gsm is in RTP traffic.

metaMDS with large dataset produces 'insufficient data' warning
Greetings everyone,
I am running MDS on a very large dataset (12 x 25071 - 12 model runs with 25071 output values each), and also on a very much reduced version of the dataset (randomly select 1000 of the 25071 output values). I would like to look at similarities/dissimilarities between the 12 model runs. When I use metaMDS on the full dataset, I get a warning message:

I have successfully compiled OpenSSH 3.1p1 for the following systems:

Solaris 7
Irix 6.5.14
Irix 6.5.4
SunOS 4.1.3_U1
Unfortunately, the new sshd is not working on any of the above systems
with the exception of Solaris 7. (I then put the Solaris 7 executables
on Solaris 8, and they worked there too.)
This is the error I'm getting:

ADS Join and Insufficient Access
My agency is moving all users and computers to a new domain. Our current domain uses AD and the new domain will use AD. My current samba servers are running 3.0.20a with ADS security with winbind on Debian Stable (Sarge) with no problems.
I set up a test samba server using 3.0.20b, the new krb5.conf and smb.conf.
kinit works fine. ("Authenticated to Kerberos v5")

ldap_modify_s Insufficient access
Hi, we are running Samba 2.2.5 using LDAP und pam_ldap (pam_unix2 with
auth+account+password=use_ldap) as PDC out of the SuSE 8.1 distribution. It
runs very well: Login f?r Unix&Samba ok, Passwort-Change for Samba via
smbpasswd Ok and we are able to manipulate the Linux Password in LDAP using
the GQ Client. The only thing that doesn't work is "passwd" itself:
